稻埕漫談 More Than Casual Talkvol.12 從舞者到影像創作 - 許海文在法國Fresnoy的舞蹈影像習作當我們觀看舞蹈的影像，應該是當作舞蹈欣賞？還是當做影像作品觀賞？第一次與海文相識，是2016年在她與藝術家陳志建在巴黎美術學院展出的合作，當時的海文是一名在法國的職業舞者。後來海文申請進入了Le Fresnoy法國國家當代藝術實驗室，Le Fresnoy邀請青年藝術家申請入學，在兩年的時間內給予專業培育和創作經費，而創作的成果會成為Le Fresnoy的典藏作品，可說是當代藝術的夢工廠。從舞者到影像創作者的轉變，曾經在法國擔任過職業舞者的許海文，與聽眾分享她在法國初次接觸舞蹈影像的經驗，以及在法國國家當代藝術實驗室Le Fresnoy的學習和創作經驗、未來的創作計劃。

稻埕漫談出外景到藝術家蔡坤霖位於淡水的工作室。結束了在兩年藝術創作者職業工會理事長工作，回歸到藝術家身份。蔡坤霖與我們分享他在工會任職期間的冒險，以個人藝術家的身份和經歷，更能夠感同身受這個身份著受僱權、智慧財產權、勞動權益過去未能受到重視，擔任理事長期間，也倡議了許多工會的新改革。特別是經歷了全求華人藝術網的詐欺事件，加入工會已經好幾年的我，才瞭解工會其實在政策倡議和藝術家勞動權益上一直做了許多努力。蔡坤霖也分享了個人經驗談，當面對勞動權益糾紛的時候，應該如何站出來為自己發聲，唯有從我們自己開始改變，環境才會改變。

蔡坤霖，藝術家，1979年出生於台南，曾任藝術創作者職業工會理事長。台北藝術大學科技研究所媒體藝術組碩士，前後畢業於復興商工美工科繪畫組和國立台灣藝術大學美術學系複媒組。 目前工作於台北。以塑膠管作為媒材創作類型作品，透過體感、聽覺等觀眾的主觀參與，形塑對於空間、地方的感知經驗。他對於創作媒材是沒有限制的，同時也以版畫、錄像、裝置等進行創作，對我們習以為常的環境、社會、文化、歷史進行再想像。
