Οι διαιτητικές τιμές αναφοράς (DRV) είναι ένας γενικός όρος για ένα σύνολο τιμών αναφοράς θρεπτικών συστατικών που περιλαμβάνει τη μέση απαίτηση (AR), την πρόσληψη αναφοράς του πληθυσμού (PRI), την επαρκή πρόσληψη (AI) και το εύρος πρόσληψης αναφοράς για τα μακροθρεπτικά συστατικά (RI).
