Es ist kaum zu glauben oder? Diesen Podcast gibt es seit genau fünf Jahren. Am 22. April 2020 habe ich die erste Folge raus geschickt.

Die Diskussion über Professionalität von Fachkräften in Kitas reisst wohl nie ab. Diese Woche habe ich mir auch so ein paar Gedanken dazu gemacht. Denn nach "am Besten wir machen alle ein Studium weil das zur Professionalisierung beiträgt" muss ja noch was kommen. Aber was?
Meiner Meinung nach eine große Portion Haltung die sich dann in der Handlung im Alltag widerspiegeln darf. Das Ganze setzt sich aber aus mehreren Komponenten zusammen. Welche das meiner Ansicht nach sind kannst Du in der Folge hören.
