Die Diskussion über Professionalität von Fachkräften in Kitas reisst wohl nie ab. Diese Woche habe ich mir auch so ein paar Gedanken dazu gemacht. Denn nach "am Besten wir machen alle ein Studium weil das zur Professionalisierung beiträgt" muss ja noch was kommen. Aber was?
Meiner Meinung nach eine große Portion Haltung die sich dann in der Handlung im Alltag widerspiegeln darf. Das Ganze setzt sich aber aus mehreren Komponenten zusammen. Welche das meiner Ansicht nach sind kannst Du in der Folge hören.

Ich hab mich in der letzten Zeit verstärkt gewundert, warum wir ständig "der/ die kann auch anders" sagen sobald jemand etwas Positives über ein Kind sagt. Und ich frage mich, woran das liegt. Dieser Frage gehe ich in der wohl kürzesten Folge von "Fea´s naive Welt nach".

Ich habe eine Frage einer Hörerin bekommen die im Kern war: Woher wissen wir, dass wir richtig handeln? Woher wissen wir, dass wir den Kindern das Richtige mitgeben und sie nicht doch verwöhnt und verweichlicht sind weil wir zu viel auf ihre Bedürfnisse eingehen?
