Vodka made from milk?
Can vodka be made from milk? Yes. This week we dive into Dairy Distillery and find out how one engineer went from being a basement moonshiner to making vodka from milk. Vodkow is made from milk permeate- a waste product that comes from dairy products. Omid McDonald heard that this waste was being dumped and that farmers had to pay for it, so he thought- why don't we use that waste and make alcohol. Find out how McDonald came up with this idea, and learn how he took something wasteful and turned it into a beautiful product.
