Ep. 30. I Did The Robin Roberts Challenge From Good Morning America. I Wrote A Letter To Myself Every Day For A Year. This Is What I Learned.
I came across an episode of Oprah’s Masterclass with Robin Roberts from Good Morning America. This was right after she had overcome her blood disorder disease known as pre-leukemia. She was in remission. Robin talked about how her mother came up with the idea to write herself a letter every day for a year. It was a challenge. Her mother learned a lot about herself and all the life lessons that were being shown to her. Robin decided to do it and so did I. These were some of the lessons that I learned.
