Starting on the outskirts of the town, Salem grew around it. The penitentiary was known for it's violence, overcrowding, and corruption for decades. It is the center of a high profile, yet little known hit on an employee within the Oregon Department of Corrections, who meant to shed light on the corruption. Welcome to the only maximum security prison in the state of Oregon.
