Zwanger & Zo De PodcastS3E10 - Over de uitgerekende datumHij stond al een hele tijd op ons (en jullie!) lijstje, maar daar is’ie dan eindelijk: de aflevering over ‘serotiniteit’! Oftewel - wat te doen na de uitgerekende datum?
Die uitgerekende datum krijg je vaak bij de termijnecho. Maar wist je dat slechts 4% daadwerkelijk op die datum bevalt? De meeste bevallingen beginnen daarna, 20% zelfs na de 41 weken en bij 42 weken is 96% van alle vrouwen bevallen. Na 42 weken zien we de kansen op complicaties wat oplopen, vandaar het landelijke advies om de bevalling vanaf 42 weken in te leiden.
