In this episode of the Life For Life podcast, Graham is solo with his Physiotherapist Ben Lombard. Angus introduced Graham to Ben in 2020 after a skiing accident in which Graham damaged his shoulder. Ben fixed that such that Graham now has no problem doing sets of over 50kg barbell overhead presses. Ben also fixed Graham’s left knee after a ski accident in which he tore ligaments in February 2023, compounding a long-standing snapped ACL. Calf injuries from running and hamstring injuries from waterskiing are other Ben fixes. They discuss rehab processes, some quite surprising.
