Klaus Wilhelm ist Musikalischer Leiter an der Neuen Flora Hamburg, und übernahm die Einarbeitung der Produktion WICKED 2021.
Er begann seine Karriere 1984 als Korrepetitor, Studienleiter und Dirigent am Theater Oberhausen, es folgten Engagements in Essen und Dortmund.
