[20] Kit Bag: Volume 2
In which Meg and Lizzie engage in wildly fun speculative questions: what careers would the gang have as adults? What kind of music do they like? What was it like at 35 Portland Row in between books? Who has the biggest post-canon mental breakdown and why is it Lucy?Join us for the fun and if you have other ideas or opinion please, please share! Everything we've said here just an opinion or thought one of us scrounged up from behind the sofa, and we would love to hear more!https://www.tumblr.com/hauntingthenarrativepod

SPYRAL HTN-OFF MED、SPYRAL HTN-ON MED

Hypertension (HTN) is a leading cause of death and disability in nearly half of all Americans. Alarmingly, almost 50% of individuals with HTN are unaware of their condition, and only about 20% have it under proper medical control. Nurse practitioners (NPs) play a crucial role in managing HTN, particularly in patient communication, shared decision-making and clinical expertise. On today’s episode, Dr. Leslie Davis and Maria Bonanni explore how renal denervation (RDN) reduces hypertension, and discuss clinical trials, patient selection and recent regulatory approvals. They also highlight the NP’s role in screening and educating patients about RDN through shared decision-making.

Blood Pressure, Behavior Change & New Technology – Dr. Jay Shah & Angel Planells
New Technology Supports Behavior Change in Hypertension Management Hypertension, or high blood pressure, is the most common modifiable cause of death in the world and affects 1.3 – 1.4 billion people worldwide including almost 50% of people over the age of 65. Consequently, episodic monitoring of blood pressure is antiquated as it does not assess blood pressure values consistently over time. New technology offers “continuous” blood...
