Over the years, I’ve learned that the violin served as a manifestation of my lack of confidence. I’ve has always felt like playing the violin was extremely difficult for me, and was embarrassed to admit it was something “outside of my comfort zone”. However, I began to accept and recognize my feelings, allowing me to start working towards trusting myself. In this episode, I talk about how I felt throughout the process of learning the violin and how my struggles with confidence and doubting myself affected it.
