Hey :) ich habe ja letztens erst eine Folge dazu hochgeladen, was es mit dem Thema Achtsamkeit auf sich hat und hatte da eigentlich schon Lust, auch eine eigene, größere Achtsamkeitsübung aufzunehmen. Ich habe mich allerdings nicht wirklich getraut, weil ich ja eigentlich keine Ahnung habe, was ich da mache, sondern nur eigene Erfahrungen zusammenpuzzle. Nur hat es sich jetzt gerade trotzdem stimmig angefühlt, das einmal selbst auszuprobieren. Ich habe in den letzten Wochen einen Job in der Produktionsarbeit gemacht und dabei sehr stark gemerkt, wie psychisch belastend diese Arbeit (und Arbeit generell) für mich sein kann, wie bei mir Leistungsgedanken aufkommen und wie ich mich am liebsten perfekt in die Gesellschaft einfügen würde. Hello :) Ich hab jetzt nach längerer Zeit mal wieder eine neue Folge aufgenommen, die ganz spontan aus einem Inspirationsschub heraus entstanden ist. Deshalb hat es sich auch eher angefühlt, als würde ich eine Sprachnachricht machen, als als würde ich eine Folge aufnehmen. Ich hatte vorhin einen Aha-Moment bezüglich positiv denken und was das wirklich mit meinen Emotionen und meinem Verhalten anstellt. In dieser Folge erzähle ich davon, wie viel meines Selbstwertgefühls lange nur an meinen Schulleistungen hing und jetzt auch immer noch manchmal leistungsorientiert ist. Ich hatte das große Privileg, ohne viel Anstrengungen gute Leistungen in der Schule erbringen zu können und neben meinem ansonsten sehr niedrigen Bild von mir selbst hat mir das Selbstbewusstsein gegeben, weil ich dafür Anerkennung und Aufmerksamkeit bekommen habe. Mittlerweile versuche ich, meinen Selbstwert auf gesündere, selbstliebendere Weise zu stabilisieren, wobei ich nach wie vor merke, wie die Leistungsgedanken immer wieder viel Raum einnehmen wollen.
