*被生者永遠服在生祂的父之下。
雖然「父已經將子升為至高，又給祂那超乎萬名之上的名。叫一切在天上的，地上的，和地底下的，因耶穌的名無不屈膝，無不口稱耶穌基督為主」已經成為事實（腓2:9-11），然而當門徒受了真理的聖靈之後，在向父神的禱告裡，清楚的講出，萬人無不屈膝的耶穌，在父神面前（僅僅）是父神的「僕人」（徒4:30）！並不是門徒禱告敬拜的對象！
將來，也就是父神滅了最後的仇敵死亡之後，叫萬物都服在神子耶穌的腳下（那時舊天地已經廢去），在新天新地裡，子也要自己服在那叫萬物服祂的父神之下，好叫父神在萬物之上，為萬物之主（林前15:25-28）！
*因耶穌的名無不屈膝
由此更能明白「因耶穌的名無不屈膝」所指的，並不是要萬人屈膝跪拜在耶穌面前，而是要萬人「因耶穌的名」（奉耶穌的名）屈膝在父面前，承認耶穌是主，更承認父神是耶穌之上的萬主之主！使榮耀歸與父神！
主耶穌也囑咐門徒說：「你們若『向父』求什麼，祂必『因我的名』賜給你們。…好叫你們的喜樂可以滿足」（約16:23-26）。
*耶穌：唯一為父所生的神
耶穌為父所生，沒有爭議。至於耶穌是神？不是神？自古爭議大。
撇開「不是神」的爭議，在肯定「耶穌是神」之下，耶穌到底是與父同等，都是自有永有的神？還是父於「今日」所生的神？（來1:5 父對子說；「你是我的兒子，我今日生你」）。在今日之前，子是否如父一樣自有永有的存在？倘若子已經同父一樣自有永有的存在，哪來「生」？哪來「今日」？
可見同一「神」字，在父和在子的身上有「我先你後，我父你子」的區別。耶穌復活之後對馬利亞說：「不要摸我，我要升上去見『我的父』my Father，也是你們的父，『我的神』my God，也是你們的神」（約20:17）。
父之所以為子之神，乃因子是父所生（造），一如父之所以為世人之神，乃因世人是父所造一樣。被造的與造他的，被生的與生祂的之間區別，不是因為同具有「神」之稱謂可以填平的。
耶穌之所以為主、為基督，乃因父立他為主、為基督（徒2:36）。
耶穌之所以是和父神一樣，掌有生命和審判的權柄：死人要聽見神兒子的聲音，聽見的人叫要復活了，乃因父的「賜給」gave to Him：「父怎樣在自己有生命，就賜給祂兒子也照樣在自己有生命。並且因為祂是人子，就賜給祂行審判的權柄」（約5:25, 27）。
透過被立，被賜給才有權柄的「接受者」（子），總在賜給祂這一切的「自有者」（父）之下。接受者與施予者必定有區別註2，人怎還說「子就是父」呢？
