Según el presidente del ICOG, Luis Suarez, los gastos del sobrecoste de las obras del ATC, como consecuencia de la necesidad construir cimentaciones adicional par debido a las características del suelo, podrían acaba repercutiendo en la tarifa eléctrica, porque los estudios realizados no han contemplado las variables geológicas del terreno.
