Mit über 20 Jahren Erfahrung in der Corporate-Finance-Welt – unter anderem in führender Rolle bei internationalen Transaktionen in der Food-, Beverage- und Consumer-Goods-Branche – bringt er tiefe Einblicke in einen Markt, der sich ständig neu erfindet.Im Gespräch mit dem Team von BLOK Management erklärt Oliver...2025-06-2632 min雪球·财经有深度雪球·财经有深度2891.新消费、旧消费和FMCG们的路线之争欢迎收听雪球出品的财经有深度,雪球,国内领先的集投资交流交易一体的综合财富管理平台,聪明的投资者都在这里。今天分享的内容叫新消费、旧消费和FMCG们的路线之争,来自德加圣手。新消费和旧消费已经到了“路线之争”的地步,近日来随着港股新消费代表们再创新高和所谓以白酒为代表的传统消费资产持续下跌,这样的讨论已经到了白热化的地步。新旧消费的定义大体是,新消费是指更多体现情绪价值,不以产品制造成本定价,契合年轻人需求的消费品,甚至我看有人统一定义为没有被资金抱团过的消费品。而旧消费就是传统消费量价模型下,以白酒为代表的,可能之前被机构重重抱团过的消费品。中国的公募基金非常可笑,只要提到是消费品基金,无论主动还是被动,都大比例的会持有白酒,但实际上我个人如果要给消费划分阵营的话,应该是新消费、旧消费,和穿越百年依然经久不衰的快速消费品,FMCG。白酒和FCMG完全不应该都划到旧消费这一阵营中,因为两者其实有本质区别。对于FMCG的定义是,一个消费品可以称为快速消费品,必须同时满足三个条件:1、单个产品价格低廉;2、只要条件允许,产品生产可以快速复制和流程化,理论上可以在全球任何市场本地化其工厂,生产和销售本产品;3、销售通路宽又广。白酒没有一条符合这样的定义,白酒的均价从来不会和廉价二个字挂钩,茅台只能在茅台镇生产,他们的销售通路也依然是传统经销商加少量门店、电商等直营。所以把白酒和FMCG们都划到传统消费的阵营里,是不合适的。我对新消费的看法挺明确的,目前在新消费上赚了3倍以上的朋友,我是真心羡慕你们,仅以泡泡玛特为例,我很佩服你们能在泡泡玛特70元之前选择重仓。抓住了需求扩张,甚至连公司自己都没能预料到需求能有如此扩张的投资机会,你们在那个时候,判断出了后面的需求会更好,并且让这一预想成为现实,重仓持有,这绝对是不容易的。但这不是我的投资模型,即使让我回到泡泡玛特70元的时候,我还是投不了他。我的模型是不认可以未来需求会更好作为出发点去下投资决策的,我能投的生意,是要求,无论需求好坏,他都能长期稳定的挣钱,不需要持续资本开支的前提下越挣越多,并且能够从全球的行业和赛道的终局状态中反馈给当下进行定价,我投格力,就是全球终局状态下反馈定价的典型案例,和投泡泡玛特完全不是一码事。泡泡这门生意,我找不到全球终局模型,这对我来说是无法定价的生意。当然,投泡泡的原因我相信肯定不止于对需求的判断,也有很多供给端的考虑,泡泡这样的公司是独特的,也是现象级的,我抓不到这样的机会,确实是心中羡慕,但我依然不会改变自己的模型,这不是固步自封,而是一个投资人根子上对投资这个事情的理解。就目前的位置和价格来看,我对泡泡玛特的想法也很清晰,我觉得目前是有巨大泡沫的时点,标志是泡泡已经开始逐渐严重的金融化。之所以一直对茅台有担心,也和金融化有很大关系。古今中外,凡是被金融化的产品,无一例外最终都将被戳破泡沫。因为金融化会短期内急速的放大需求,泡泡很好,大家很喜欢,需求是100,而目前供给可能只有70。但带上金融化属性后,需求会迅速膨胀到1000甚至10000,这种短期内基于金融本质属性扩张的百倍以上需求,都是泡沫。但为了应对快速膨胀的“需求”,企业不得不尽快提升产能,增加供给,“缝纫机都踩冒烟了”。然而金融属性的需求,是建立在沙滩之上的,随便有一些风吹草动,这9000多可能就跑了。那个时候,即使真正喜欢泡泡的需求,可能翻了5倍变成500,但供给在那个时候已经是5000了,怎么办。我不知道这个泡沫会不会越吹越大,何时会被捅破。但基于我对这件事物的判断和理解,这个价格无论如何我是无法进场的了,只能继续观察。我觉得,这也会帮助我加深对这类新消费公司的理解。白酒消费,谈过很多次了,这里就不再赘述,如果没有大的意外,后面的路会很难走,这个资产在我这里依然没有性价比,等看看后续的价格吧。茅台一样存在上述金融化的风险,但激烈程度和趋势会因为商品的不同而有所区别。茅台有个重要功能是办事。即使现在场景已经没了很多,但中国这个人情社会,办事的需求永远都在。然而情绪需求,悦己需求,是很容易被别的东西替代的,而办事的需求,是有求于别人,本质还是不一样。我自己还是会站FMCG多一点。终局概念上来看,FMCG之所以能在全球风云变化的几百年里生生不息,屹立不倒,核心其实就在于上面提到的对他的三点定义。这样的产品满足的是人类长期稳定的需求,只要还有人类在,他们依然会2025-06-1307 minBusiness Punk - How to MarketingBusiness Punk - How to MarketingWie Andreas Billker mit Pringles, Super Mario und Esports zum Gaming-Liebling wurde – und was FMCG von Gaming lernen kannIn Folge 7 von How to Marketing – powered by Business Punk begrüßt Host Phillip Böndel Andreas Billker, Senior Market Activation Manager Pringles & Cheez-it DACH.
