Βεβαίως, τα αρνητικά που βρίσκουμε και στηλιτεύονται να τα προκαλούν και να τα δημιουργούν οι ίδιοι οι εργαζόμενοι και τα στελέχη που εργάζονται εντός.
Γιατί οι εταιρείες και οι υπηρεσίες τελικά αποτελούνται από τον μικρόκοσμο των μονάδων. Των άμεσα συμμετεχόντων. Των εργαζομένων!
Των ανθρώπων που συναντάμε προσωπικά στην καθημερινότητα μας καθώς μας εξυπηρετούν, στα ταμεία των σούπερ μάρκετ, στον γκισέ της Αττικής Οδού, στον οδηγό μιας μεταφορικής εταιρείας, στον υπάλληλο της τηλεφωνικής υποστήριξης που δεν συγκρατούμε καν το όνομα τους, ακόμη και όταν μας το λένε…
Η συμπεριφορά τους, κάθε φορά που συναντιόμαστε, βελτιώνει ή ακυρώνει την σχέση μας και εντέλει βελτιώνει την καθημερινότητα μας ή μας προκαλεί πρόσθετη δυσφορία.
Την Δευτέρα, 30-10 αγόρασα μια μεταχειρισμένη μηχανή την οποία οδήγησα από την Ναύπακτο έως την Αθήνα.
Στην ασφάλεια μου, επάνω στην βιασύνη μου, δεν προέβλεψα οδική ασφάλεια - κάτι που πλέον το έχω αλλάξει - και η μηχανή «έμεινε» στα διόδια της Αττικης Οδού, στο ύψος της Ελευσίνας λόγω ενός προβλήματος που προέκυψε.
Άμεσα, τα παιδιά της Αττικής Οδού, με βοήθησαν να μεταφέρω την μηχανή στην άκρη του δρόμου, όπου ήρθε αμέσως και αυτοκίνητο της Αττικής Οδού πίσω μου για κάλυψη, όπως δηλαδή προβλέπει το πρωτόκολλο σε τέτοιες περιπτώσεις.
Και εδώ, αρχίζουν οι σκέψεις.
Είμαι πολύ μακριά από την έδρα μου.
Χωρίς κάλυψη οδικής βοήθειας.
Οριακά σε ώρα, απόγευμα προς βράδυ Δευτέρας, όπου καταστήματα και συνεργεία έχουν κλείσει.
Κάλεσα τον μηχανικό μου, ο οποίος μου απέκλεισε την πιθανότητα να έρθει άμεσα! Μου πρότεινε να το έφερνα τουλάχιστον με έναν τρόπο έως την έξοδο 7 (Δημοκρατίας) ώστε να προλάβει και αυτός να επιστρέψει από εκεί που ήταν.
Σε όλο αυτό το διάστημα προσπαθούσα να επαναφέρω την λειτουργία της μηχανής μου, ώστε να αποφύγω την ταλαιπωρία που με περίμενε, όμως ήταν αδύνατο.
Όσες κλήσεις έκανα στο μεταξύ για οδική βοήθεια έπεφταν στο κενό...
Στην συνεννόηση μου, ήταν λίγο πιο μακριά, ο οδηγός της κάλυψης της Αττικης Οδού.
Μόλις έκλεισα μου πρότεινε ευγενικά να καλέσουμε την οδική βοήθεια της Ιnteramerican, με την οποία συνεργάζεται η Αττική Οδός.
Ξέροντας ότι σύμφωνα με το πρωτόκολλο τους θα με έβγαζαν στην 1η κοντινότερη έξοδο, στον Ασπρόπυργο κίνηση η οποία δεν θα μου προσέφερε τίποτε ζήτησα λίγο χρόνο ακόμη.
Ο οδηγός της κάλυψης της Αττικης Οδού επέμεινε ευγενικά. Αφήστε με να καλέσω την οδική βοήθεια της Interamerican. Είναι δωρεάν παροχή της Αττικής Οδού...
Του απάντησα, «τι θα μου προσφέρει η έξοδος λίγο παραπέρα, σε ένα σημείο που θα με άφηνε ακάλυπτο; Αφήστε με μήπως βρω ένα μέσο να με πάρει από το να μείνω στην μέση της Βιομηχανικής Ζώνης του Ασπροπύργου βραδιάτικα, χωρίς κινητό δεδομένου πως και το κινητό μου, σιγά - σιγά έμενε από μπαταρία.
Και εκεί μου είπε πως είναι σε ανοιχτή γραμμή με το κέντρο της Αττικής Οδού και της Interamerican ώστε να με βοηθήσουν μεταφέροντας την μηχανή μου και εμένα στο σημείο που θα με περίμενε ο μηχανικός μου.
Πραγματικά, άκουσα ένα μέρος της συνομιλίας, και το συντονιστικό της Interamerican συμφωνούσε με την Αττική Οδό για την μεταφορά μου...
3 άνθρωποι, ξένοι για εμένα, συνεργάστηκαν ώστε να αποφύγω την περαιτέρω ταλαιπωρία και τους ευχαριστώ από καρδιάς.
Οι άνθρωποι κάνουν τις εταιρείες και εύχομαι, αυτό το κλίμα να μείνει - αν και έμαθα πως είναι συχνή τέτοιου είδους βοήθεια κατά κρίσην γιατί - δυστυχώς - υπάρχει και εκμετάλλευση...
