在這集節目中，我們介紹了 MBTI（Myers-Briggs Type Indicator）人格測驗，討論了不同人格類型在團隊合作中的互補性。
Anna 和 Grace 分別分享了自己的 MBTI 類型，Anna 是 ENFP，而 Grace 是 ENFJ。
MBTI 的背景知識
MBTI 是由 Katharine Cook Briggs 和她的女兒 Isabel Briggs Myers 在 20 世紀中期開發的一種人格測驗工具。它基於 Carl Jung 的心理類型理論，將人們的性格分為四個維度，每個維度有兩個對立的類型：
