In August 2024, the 𝗖𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗱𝗮 𝗥𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘂𝗲 𝗔𝗴𝗲𝗻𝗰𝘆 (CRA) revoked JNF Canada's charitable status. Nathan says the process was driven by bias, activist pressure, and a fundamental lack of due process. CRA skipped every intermediate step on its own enforcement ladder — education, compliance, and warning — and went straight to revocation, the most severe penalty.
