香港28歲名媛蔡天鳳（Abby Choi）疑遭殘忍殺害碎屍烹煮，涉有重嫌的前夫一家包括前老爺、前奶奶和大伯已被逮補，鄺姓前夫25日欲搭船潛逃遭警方攔截落網。
對此，台灣醫生姜冠宇表示，交朋友要小心“寄生上流”類型的窮人，“他的跟你索求，像寄生蟲不會顧及你的安全，更要你的命”。
姜冠宇26日表示，他看到蔡天鳳的新聞後，突然可以理解股神巴菲特說“交朋友，不可以有『窮人』”這句話，但其中的“窮人”不是通俗上的窮，而是要小心“寄生上流”的窮。
姜冠宇進一步解釋，“寄生上流”的窮人會索求，像寄生蟲不會顧及你的安全，更要你的命，“社會上很多自稱弱勢，也不是真正的弱勢，跟你有衝突起來，或接近你後無法滿足他無盡需求，一樣會吃人不吐骨的。”
他建議，交朋友、往來的對象，要盡量是一個“完整”、“穩定”的人，這講的是身心經濟狀況，有些人也許經濟富足，但是身心不完整也更不穩定；有些人雖然收入不佳，但是人格成熟善良為人憨厚；有些人善於博取同情，實際上心狠手辣、殘暴無良。
姜冠宇表示，第一時間從外表未必能適當判斷，有鬼遮眼傾向的人尤其更危險，要用經驗儘量看透人性，從互動預知、預判與此人來往的風險，甚至煤氣燈效應（ 操控對方心理，進而讓對方質疑自己的心智）等知識都要提早學會，
“免得自己在不良關係中不斷遭侵蝕，都不知脫身。從孩子成長，到成人社會，形成人與人之間用智慧劃下的界線，就是這樣來的。很重要，這是成長必備課題，是走跳社會的保命技能”。

姜冠宇26日表示，他看到蔡天鳳的新聞後，突然可以理解股神巴菲特說“交朋友，不可以有『窮人』”這句話，但其中的“窮人”不是通俗上的窮，而是要小心“寄生上流”的窮。
姜冠宇進一步解釋，“寄生上流”的窮人會索求，像寄生蟲不會顧及你的安全，更要你的命，“社會上很多自稱弱勢，也不是真正的弱勢，跟你有衝突起來，或接近你後無法滿足他無盡需求，一樣會吃人不吐骨的。”
他建議，交朋友、往來的對象，要盡量是一個“完整”、“穩定”的人，這講的是身心經濟狀況，有些人也許經濟富足，但是身心不完整也更不穩定；有些人雖然收入不佳，但是人格成熟善良為人憨厚；有些人善於博取同情，實際上心狠手辣、殘暴無良。
姜冠宇表示，第一時間從外表未必能適當判斷，有鬼遮眼傾向的人尤其更危險，要用經驗儘量看透人性，從互動預知、預判與此人來往的風險，甚至煤氣燈效應（ 操控對方心理，進而讓對方質疑自己的心智）等知識都要提早學會，
“免得自己在不良關係中不斷遭侵蝕，都不知脫身。從孩子成長，到成人社會，形成人與人之間用智慧劃下的界線，就是這樣來的。很重要，這是成長必備課題，是走跳社會的保命技能”。
