00:00:38 RUBII - Dreams
RUBII 是一位独立创作歌手，她的音乐像是轻盈的诗，夹带着梦境意象与城市节奏。
在《Dreams》里，她唱给那个从未放弃梦想的自己。
“我的梦想会回来，只要我做我自己。”
她在清晨写下梦中的预言，不为证明，不为取悦，只是忠于自己的直觉。

《Your Tender Lovin' Care》是一首没有歌词，却比歌词更动人的曲子。
旋律温柔如水，吉他在耳边轻轻拨动，像是深夜里有人替你说出藏在心底的那句“我在乎你”。
没有言语，却句句含情。
这是鸟山雄司式的情歌，用音符代替倾诉，用节奏编织温柔。

独立女歌手 Milena，她以梦幻电子和R&B融合的嗓音，唱出细腻却不软弱的爱情心事。
在《Saturn》里，她把自己比作一颗绕着太阳旋转的土星，静静围绕着“冰冷如月光”的你。
爱是轨道，她一圈一圈，不肯远离。

Part 2: 爱与失落

这首歌由美国灵魂乐团 The Temptations 演唱，发行于1971年，是他们最温柔、最忧伤的作品之一。

这首歌来自中国独立乐团 红白色乐队，一支擅长用“童话语言”讲成人困境的另类摇滚团队。
歌词里，他们写了一台叫卡尔的电视、一个叫KK的手机，摔过三次、零件散落，像是在讲物品的命运，其实是写人的遗忘。
“旧的不去新的不来？那你还有良心吗？”
这不是一首温柔的歌，但它用“啦啦啦”的旋律，包裹住了愤怒、委屈和不甘心。
你想醒来吗？你真的会醒来吗？
在物品、人在被抛弃之前，它们都问过这句话。
00:40:07 Gil Scott-Heron - We Almost Lost Detroit
Gil Scott-Heron，被誉为“嘻哈教父”的美国诗人、音乐家、社会批评者。他的作品总是带着现实主义的锋芒，用爵士、灵魂与诗意的语言直击社会伤口。
《We Almost Lost Detroit》创作于1977年，灵感来自底特律附近福特核电站的一次核事故。

Part 4: 重回身体
00:49:10 Alek Olsen - someday i'll get it
Alek Olsen，挪威年轻的独立唱作人，他的音乐像是一封封未寄出的信，低沉、坦白，又有点晃神。
《someday i'll get it》是他写给过去的一首挽歌。他说，“我用尽各种方式试图忘记你，可你依旧盘踞在我的脑海。”
他并不试图大声痛哭，只是悄悄说——你不再喜欢我了，我知道。
于是他开始逃离，沉沦，用尽力气也只换来短暂空白。
这是一首迷失者的歌，也是一首深夜独自听完后，会默默叹气的歌。
