#1 - Question: "How can I learn to eat intuitively when my body tells me to not eat at all?"
For the kick-off episode I answer Kaytlyn's question on how to start intuitive eating when your body is giving you mixed messages. Through the process of disordered eating, or dieting, the body has learned to shut down both hunger and fullness cues. In order to cultivate these cues again the body needs to hear that is is safe. That food will not only be offered, but it allowed to eat without fear or shame. To do this, we have to feed the body enough and consistently. Listen in to hear more!
