Joe Day was a pioneer in the Wimberley Valley Watershed Association, and is a board member of Protect Our Blanco. He built an environmental consulting career in Austin protecting the aquifer and restoring damaged natural systems. Long ago, he left all that for the Wimberley Valley, soon met David Baker, and launched an enduring partnership that continues today.
