The speakers explained that exit planning is crucial for all businesses as an insurance policy and a form of good business planning, which creates options and encourages owners to work "on" their business rather than "in" it. Some Want to Pervert the Gospel
Galatians 1:1-10Recently, some friends at church have asked me to take my small group through the Irresistible series by Andy Stanley. This is a book about the covenants of the Bible and it has stirred the waters in Christian circles. I was very happy and very cautious about this opportunity and that’s what inspired me to study Galatians. So while I’m happy to serve my group by going through the study, I am even happier to teach through another book of the Bible on this channel/podcast!Galatians is book about the gospel, in p...

The Fallacy of Christian Nationalism
There are 2 big errors I've seen whenever I've talked to someone about America. The first fallacy is to think that America is the "city on a hill," so we treat her like she's the bride of Christ, the Church. The second fallacy is to think that America isn't significant, so we should have nothing to do with politics. While both fallacies are ditches to not fall into, Christians should be involved without becoming engrossed. We are citizens of heaven which means we are good citizens of our countries.

How To Deal With Church Hurt
OFFENDED: (Part 2) - If you stick around long enough, somebody in the church will hurt you. Sometimes it is deliberate, sometimes it by accident. Sometimes we misinterpret people's words, actions, or motives. In any case, we need to become part of the solution rather than letting bitterness sour our perspective.

OFFENDED: (Part 1) - Are you easily offended? Do you stand up for truth? Do you have a hard time showing compassion to people? As important as it is to stand up for what is true, we need to also show grace, otherwise our right message becomes wrong. In this episode, I talk about dealing with offense, guidelines for judging others, and answering why we must evaluate ourselves.

Discerning Discernment Ministries
A lot of Christians are critical of preachers and leaders in the church, yet nobody has critiqued the people who have appointed themselves to have a "discernment ministry." Hasn't everyone been "exposed" at this point? When and where does the buck stop? In this episode, we examine the motives of such people as we see similar opposition play out in the life of Paul. I also close with some thoughts on the Rise and Fall of Mars Hill podcast.
