别任性任性Solo：我不再在乎“我是谁”｜别任性这是别任性的第一百期。欢迎收听！本期主播：Alexwood（@哎伍德，目前做媒体的性与性别研究者）任性solo回来了。这是我在2020年开的一档分栏目，用来做粉丝答疑和自己发牢骚。2021年发生一些变化，任性的别任性也终于做到100期，很值得纪念一下！所以今天我solo，想讲讲这几个月的一点思考，关于“自我”。在分享的最后，还是保持“任性solo”传统，加入了一个最近刚好收到的粉丝问题。想加入别任性粉丝群，加beadodo，回答验证问题：你印象最深的别任性是哪期节目（这期除外）？目前只加验证问题对上的朋友，谢谢配合。节目时间点：01:24 近况01:50 刚回国的时候，我个人介绍中的头衔非常苍白，只有“编辑”，后来这些头衔越来越长，但自己心中的定位却越来越简单：一个目前主要靠说话为生的人04:55 一个令人不知所措的问题：“你是谁？”06:20 “自我”到底是什么呢？从哪来的？对普通人来说，“自我”仿佛就是一切的中心，至少是自己生命的主体，人生的主角，生命的作者；“自我”是我们一切意识的起点，一切创造的源头。曾经有哲学家（Karl Popper）和神经科学家（John Eccles）也这么觉得，还说“自我”独立于大脑，存在于脑外的一个区域，能够控制大脑，或者与之互动。笛卡尔说我思故我在，“我在思考”这件事本身就证明我的存在。但现代科学关于“自我”的研究越来越多的指向佛教的“无我”，可能“自我”并不真的存在，一个处在我们意识中心的注视者，决策者，可能并不存在。先从最生理的角度想想看，我们浑身的细胞每七到十年就全部更迭一次，那我们其实还是同一个人吗？你可能会说可是我们的意识还是同一个，你的记忆衰退了，以前的事情都忘光了，甚至家人都不记得了，你还是同一个人吗？这就是“自我”认同的最大问题，哲学家早就指出，为什么我们在生命历程中，经验和体验在不停改变，身体在改变，全部的分子都在改变，但我们还是永远认为，我是我，一个恒定的，连贯的，持续的我呢？这种对一个统一的“自我”的意识是怎么来的呢？我们为什么这么觉得？大脑的运行和功能是怎么让我们发展并持有一个连贯持续的“自我”的？08:40 关于“自我”的一些理论：康德、萨特、福柯，再到现代的学者如Susan Blackmore，以及THE HARD PROBLEM.对“自我”的理解的变化：从人类自带的本质，到某种神性或者神迹的表现，到现代性的全然自由自主的“自我”，再到更后现代性的理解，如“自我”完全是我们的创造，没有本真性。【提及纪录片《Closer to Truth》】但是说“自我是个幻象”这听起来似乎有点太虚无了，那么我们也可以换个角度理解，另外一位研究“自我”的现代哲学家Daniel Dennett把自我比做一个物体的重心——众所周知，重心这个概念，其实是抽象的，并不是一个具体的存在，比如并没有一个物理身上带着一个点，“我就是重心”，但我们把它当作真实的。所以对于人类知觉体验，我们也是一样处理，我们给自己的知觉体验定了一个叙事的重心点，那就是自我。但问题还是存在。我们是我们的意识，我们的意识是大脑，大脑是一堆神经元，所以我们的自我等于一堆神经元吗？15:50 认识到“自我”的“虚无”，会让我们更加虚无吗？那么如果我们并没有一个恒定的不变的意识中心，一个占有身体的意识体，或者说没有所谓主体和客体，没有一个主语“自我”在观察内部意识，而是说主体就是客体，我们的“自我”就是自我意识，那么理解“自我”还有任何意义吗？我们追求对“自我”的理解，还有任何实践或者形而上的价值吗？答案是有的。恰恰因为“自我”不是一个固有的，稳定的存在，所以我们才能够以充盈人类生存体验的目的，或者扩充道德可能性的目的，改写它，重新组织它。那我们在做出选择的时候，应该依据什么呢？真实的“自我”、“本心”是幻象的话，哪还有所谓原真性的、忠于自己的选择呢？其实我们可以借鉴福柯说的，把你的人生看作一种a work of art，一种创造实践，你的决定就是你的创造。你的真实“自我”能够体现的地方，恰恰是这些决定，这些看似主观的、充满语境的、别人难以复刻的决定。这种选择基于你在做决定的那一刻刚好最在乎什么，觉得什么最有价值，所以这些就是你最激进的自我创作，也是对自我的创作。这也会解放我们很多对选择的恐惧，很多时候我们恐惧做出选择，一是因为怕选错，二是因为我们在看的永远是别人选了什么。简单的说，就是内卷。我们担心自己相对于别人，自己的选择不是最优的，最有竞争力的。其实如果换个框架，哪有什么错的选择？如果你将自己的选择看作自己的创造，是你形成自我的形塑，那么别人选什么，其实没有太大参考价值。而且，“自我”的不稳定性意味着我们可以像艺术家一样改变自己的创作，推翻之前的自己。这种自我不停的塑造才是“自我”的存在。19:50 如何看待“我是谁”这个问题：并不是说这个问题本身没有意义，它应该被问及，永远需要被问及，但是我们不一定需要回答。有时候一个问题比答案重要，这可能就是这样一个问题。我还认为，这个问题其实最难答的时候就是二十多岁。二十多岁挺惨的，明明这时候是对“我是谁”这个问题最焦虑的时期，因为过去的积累还不够，未来又还不确定怎么走，无论是过去的选择还是未来的选择，都很难形成一个“我是谁“的理想叙事或材料。但人们却期待我们二十多岁已经对“我是谁”有了答案。在这种焦虑的裹挟下，难道我们不会更容易做出“错误”的选择吗？22:50 关于Alexwood那一串长得有点滑稽的头衔：我还是无法说出“我是谁”，因为只有此刻怎么选择，下一刻怎么选择，才在塑造我是谁。“我是谁”的答案，永远在我下一刻的选择中。24:10 我对于“粉丝答疑”的态度24:50 答疑Q：“作为自由职业/待业者，这段时间什么样的心态？如何保持进步的状态和高度的自省（脱离了固定的工作模式的设定下，如何更好的驱动自己和自己自洽的？A：自由职业不是等待期或过渡期，而是更有积极自我驱动的创作期；驱动来自对内容创作的渴望，和可能性的好奇；经济压力如何看待；我们需要自己的时间去滋养学习的热情和能力；【提及别任性46期：抗拒工作的我们，除了躺平还有其他出路吗？】关于自我学习习惯；对于打工人，需要培养能满足自我实现需求的“个人项目”；最后，郑重感谢大家对别任性和我至今的支持。期待下个一百期。下期见！音频剪辑：AlexwoodShownotes：AlexwoodTracklist:Tom Rosenthal; Jonathan Willoughby - I Won't Lose My Way(Courtesy of Audio Network)别任性，从性别角度看一切 Hosted on Acast. 别任性Vol.88：选择婚姻，选择不婚，一样自由欢迎来到别任性，我是Alex。这期节目我们应专为亚洲女性打造的设计师运动服品牌 MAIA ACTIVE 之邀，和大家聊聊 “自由选择，她可以” 这个话题。我们来看看两位嘉宾 Stephanie 和阿烂在婚姻上分别做了什么样的选择。Stephanie 之前来别任性跟我聊过关于工作的话题《046: 除了躺平，抗拒工作的我们还有其他出路吗？》。最近她（再一次）结婚了，不久后将携夫返美继续博士学业。阿烂之前作为多元家庭网络的工作人员也来过别任性，聊为什么单身女子冻卵这么难《035: 为什么未婚就不能冻卵？我怒告医院》。她在19年做过一个公开征集精子的行动，现在有了一个一岁的宝宝，但不会登记结婚。聊天挺 real，有时候可能过于 real 了。Stephanie 讲了婚礼当天早上跟妈妈的戏剧性大爆发；阿烂说女人在反思能力上就是比男人高级，因为男人被惯坏了；我危险发言，“你可能会很快发现你的老公跟别的男人并没什么差别。“ 女人聊起婚姻和伴侣，不免聊到妈妈，聊到爱，聊到责任和负担，轻松也沉重，好笑也难过。请你来听。文字版见推送。Shownotes:02:16 在越来越多女孩会说 “不婚不育保平安” 的时代，在一二线大城市的独立女性中，适龄结婚现在反倒成了一个不常见的选择。那么作为一个性别意识非常强的学者，Stephanie 为什么最近决定（和一个男人）结婚了？07:40 Stephanie：“我之前的导师何式凝跟我说过一句话，我印象非常深刻，因为她是一个不婚主义者，她说，你要有结婚的自由，你要有离婚的自由，你要能够有勇气进入婚姻，你也要有勇气能够离开。我觉得这句话对我确实是影响挺大的，就是说我们不管什么原因选择结婚，我们进到体制里面可能会面对特别多的不公平，特别是女性在一段比较不平等的关系里面，但是我们一定还要记得说我们是有能力，也有自由可以去选择离开的。”所以，她又结婚了。12:05 Steph 的婚礼有自己独特的流程，不走传统的俗套，为什么？“我们感觉在中国办婚礼其实就是给自己的长辈做的，是长辈的场，不是我们的场。所以我们其实想的是能够怎么样尽可能的按照我们自己的意愿，同时也能满足长辈的心愿。但在这里，婚礼最大的问题就是，长辈会有他们很多自己的期待和要求，会不断的这样渗透入你们的平等式操作里面，这就导致我非常痛苦。又由于我是一个极度坚持自我的人，特别是在家庭关系方面，所以我和我的妈发生了极大的冲突，在婚礼的当天早上冲突已经到了一个爆点了，爆炸了。”具体发生了什么？19:18 阿烂则和 Stephanie 正相反，不会登记结婚，但为了满足长辈的社会需要办了一个喜酒，全程完全配合。“对我来说，这跟年会的聚餐或者团建的聚餐，没有任何的区别，就是一帮人坐在这里吃一顿饭，然后散去之后，这个事好像跟我就没什么关系了，其实对于他们来说，跟他们也就没什么关系了。但是对于双方的家长来说，他们完成了一件他们在社会生活或者是人际关系上的大事，他们需要交代也好，为子女的重大人生负责也好，他们就完成了这件事情，他们也不会再因为儿女的什么婚姻大事而焦虑而有负担，反正对于他们来说，我觉得也是一个解脱。”23:20 Alex：“挺有意思的，你们两个的主动性体现在不一样的地方，对阿烂来说这个酒宴可以完全配合，但是 Stephanie 在酒宴方面绝对不配合”，而阿烂坚持不结婚，Stephanie 则觉得可以结一结。28:38 阿烂在19年征集精子，是将个人生育做成了一个艺术项目。“在我征精子这个生育行动之前，其实大概有两年的时间一直在探索结婚这道题。在一个2017年的七夕节发了一个征婚，我的意图并不是说，我要通过征婚行为本身真的去结婚，而是更多的是我自己面对婚姻这个议题，我想看看这个过程中我会发生什么，以及大家为什么都如此焦虑紧张。后来我发现我没有这些对婚姻的需求，这也不是我的兴趣所在，热情所在，我对婚姻没有什么期待，所以大概19年的时候破题了，就是到了一个相对放松的状态，然后对未来的生活也有一个相对明确的想象。我发现我只是更想要一个孩子而已，所以后来我就直接进入生育的行动的这么一个过程了。”33:14 我们为什么拒绝（异性恋）婚姻？Stephanie 又为何被现任老公吸引了？38:38 阿烂在选孩子爸爸的时候，又是什么标准？“他愿意为小孩花时间花精力，付出他的爱心和照顾，我觉得这个比可能他对我的那种关心，那些爱，是要更重要的。然后对我来说，我跟男人的亲密关系可能也没有那么重要，但是跟小孩的这种亲子关系，是更重要的，所以我觉得这是挺本质的一个区别。”42:59 婚姻里平等的性别关系真的可以实现吗？51:10 阿烂：“另一点分享就是，我在想包括对人的期待，对于伴侣的期待，我个人觉得，这种东西很难，因为人本性就是很孤独，对伴侣有很高的期待，尤其是进入这种亲密关系之后，但一旦有过高的期待就往往会落空。01:07:35 Alex：“亲密关系，爱情还是婚姻，它其实都是下注，都是赌博，或者说好听点，就是一个信仰，并不是说我们我们已经看到了所有的数据，而只是能够通过目前对这个人有限的了解，做出一个信仰的 leap of faith。然后在现实中会发生什么，那就只能让现实到时候再告诉我们了。”Stephanie：“我一直都觉得包括亲密关系也好，或者是婚姻也好，它都是一个实验，我愿意用实验去定义这个东西，包括它的结束开始都不代表这个事情，成功或失败，永远不会用成功或失败去定义一段亲密关系。它可能就是我们在人生某个阶段的一个选择，做了选择之后，我们就要诚实的面对自己的责任，然后尽可能的去共同完成这个实验，如果在亲密关系里面对我感觉如果这样想的话，你的心理负担也会稍微小一点，对不对？”01:15:13 阿烂：“婚姻的便利性肯定是有的，但是对于我个人来说不适用。如果大家都有各种各样的选择，就像职业有很多的多样性，然后婚姻有各种各样的可能性的时候，就没有人再去强调这件事情，国家也不会再卡一些证，或者是通过这些政策来限制了。我的终极观点是当有一天我们的环境里不需要再讨论，甚至是做各种各样的区分，然后也不去过问你是什么样的情况的时候，大家就不会对这个事有压力了。这个事可能对于我们这一代以及我们越来越往后的人类身上来说，它不是那么重要的事情。”01:17:37 Stephanie：“我在婚礼的最后说了一句话，我说希望大家无论婚否还是育否，都能够忠于自己内心的生活。只有忠于自己内心的生活，只有爱自己，才能爱身边的人。”01:20:20 最后一个问题，两人被伴侣打动的一刻是什么？为什么被打动？主播：Alexwood剪辑：Alexwood文字+排版：Alexwood头图设计：冬甩音乐：Create That Moment -Marc Jackson BurrowsI Won't Lose My Way -Tom Rosenthal | Jonathan Willoughby（Courtesy of Audio Network） Hosted on Acast.
