Episode 73: Expressing The Importance Of Safety In the Psychedelic Space (feat. Josh Trent)
Speaking to my own experiences within the realm of plant medicines, I have found one of the most potent effects from these experiences to be the ability for me to deepen my physical, emotional, mental & spiritual intelligence. For me, intelligence has been far more profound than knowledge, as while knowledge is defined as the collection of skills & information a person has, intelligence is directly related to how an individual applies his or her knowledge to their experience of life. In a world that is left brain dominant, I have found that plant medicines have illuminated the path for me...

So, we meet them where they're at and allow them to experience what this whole world is with a conscious cannabis practice. Also, we teach them how to heal without it; you don't need these plant medicines to access a higher self or heal but they do show you what's already possible and what is there in your life. 8 years ago, when dear friend Nate Elsen introduced me to Josh Sprague, I had no way of knowing the impact he'd have on my journey. I know Josh would genuinely and humbly deflect being called an inspiration - but defining the word as 'the act of influencing opinons' definitely applies here. When Orange Mud was in Colorado, and I saw first hand the growth, challenges, work and perseverance Josh, his family and his team put in. That provided inspiration, and...

#155 Hydration tips for runners with Josh Sprague of Orange Mud
Hydration is one of the limiters for many runners. It seems like often-missed, low hanging fruit that has the potential to boost performance in long events like marathons and ultra-marathons. I know as runners we all want to focus on working harder, suffering more and trying to come up with some new technique or training plan that's going to get us faster and stronger. But in many cases when we are already training at a high-level there are very few gains to be made by working harder. Some of the biggest gains actually come from small changes in...
