১৪১৫-১৪৪০ চনত জোঙাল বলহু মৃগংক নামেৰেও পৰিচিত আছিল। তেওঁ ১৩৬৫-১৩৮৫ চনৰ কামতা ৰাজ্যৰ গংগাৱতী আৰু অৰিমত্তৰ পুত্ৰ। বড়ো-ভূঞাৰ শাসন কালত চন্দ্ৰপ্ৰভা/খোঞ্চৰী আৰু প্ৰতাপ সিংহ/মায়ামত্তৰ পুত্ৰ আছিল। এই কথা দেও লাংখুই গ্ৰন্থত বৰ্ণনা কৰা হৈছে। ১৩০৫-১৩২৫ চনত প্ৰতাপ সিংহ/প্ৰতাপ ধ্বজ আহোম বংশৰ পৰা কামতা ৰাজ্যৰ শাসক আছিল।
তেওঁ অসমৰ ৰহাৰ ওচৰৰ ছহৰীত নিজৰ ৰাজ্য প্ৰতিষ্ঠা কৰিছিল।
কমতা ৰাজ্যৰ শেষৰজন ৰজা তেওঁৰ ৰাজধানী নগাঁও জিলাৰ মৌজাত আছিল। নগাঁৱৰ ৰহাৰ ওচৰত জোঙাল বলহুৰ গড় নামে এটি পুৰণি গড় এতিয়াও দেখিবলৈ পোৱা যায়। জোঙাল বলহুৰ ৰাজ্যৰ ওচৰত তিৱা কছাৰী বিলাকৰ ৰাজ্য আছিল। সেয়ে কছাৰী সকলৰ লগত তেওঁৰ প্ৰায়ে কাজিয়া হৈছিল। এনে এখন কাজিয়াতে তেওঁৰ মৃত্যু হৈছিল।
