【講者介紹】
鄭志鵬
清華大學通識教育中心與社會學研究所合聘副教授。從事學術工作，以台商、台灣中小企業與技職教育為研究對象，但一直沒有離開音樂與影像太遠。在學校開設「搖滾樂與社會」、「藝術經典：搖滾樂」等課程，也曾擔任《我愛高跟鞋》等紀錄片田野顧問。
楊友仁
九零年代上台北讀大學，組過幾次團、發過幾張專輯，沒有任何市場火花但口碑好像不錯。
組了19年的「黑手那卡西」解散後，沉寂了幾年，決定再拿起吉他，當個快樂的斜槓高教工人。
外表比內在有趣，覺得「21世紀無聊男子」的音樂真的很棒！

林氏璧孔醫師的日本旅遊情報站211213 兩劑AZ對Omicron幾乎無法防有症狀感染 但打BNT加強針後可達到71%的保護力Omicron已經開始叩關台灣邊境。上週公佈新增三例境外移入，分別是從非洲，英國，美國回來的。對Omicron的了解越來越重要。 英國Omicron已進入社區感染，英國衛生安全局（UKHSA）報告初步對疫苗有效性，傳染力等等做出預估。這些內容已經更新至懶人包。 https://linshibi.com/?p=39815 1.這份報告是基於英國260例Omicron定序確診案例，還有部分S基因測不到預設其為Omicron來做出的分析，總共581例都是有症狀的。因此樣本數還很少，可以看到圖上的信賴區間都拉的滿寬的。且還有些很難控制的變因，因此只是很初步的估計。隨著樣本數增加，我們會更接近真相。 從2020年10月16日到2021年12月6日之間的56439例有症狀Delta確診，還有有症狀但沒有新冠的對照組130867人，比較施打疫苗的狀態，從而來算出疫苗對於兩種病毒的保護力。 2.這些案例排除了有國外旅遊史的人。因為有旅遊史者明顯有較高的機率染疫，會影響疫苗效力的估計。 3.初步估計，針對Omicron兩劑疫苗防有症狀感染的保護力，AZAZ從打完15週後有資料，但都是跨過0%。有正有負，這表示其幾乎沒有保護力。 打完兩劑BNT後2~9週可以有88.0% (95%CI: 65.9 to 95.8%) 的保護力，但在10~14週就掉到48.5% (95%CI: 24.3 to 65.0%) ，而在15~25週左右則會掉到34~37%左右。 4.別難過，在打了BNT加強針之後兩週，三劑BNT組的保護力可以到 75.5% (95%CI: 56.1 to 86.3%) ，而AZAZBNT可以到71%(95%CI: 41.8 to 86.0%)。（好像還是沒辦法多高興….信賴區間非常的寬，表示非常不確定） 5.以上資料其實也和這幾日發表的實驗室血清中和抗體研究吻合。根據三個國際的還有兩個英國自己的活病毒研究（尚未發表），兩劑BNT疫苗後中和抗體可下降約20~40倍。兩劑AZ疫苗下降的倍數則更多，甚至根本無法中和Omicron病毒。好消息是，打了第三劑BNT之後，都還是可以達到一定的中和效果。 6.好啦，還是來看看Delta的資料。第三針後針對Delta，保護力都可到93％左右。即使前面是AZAZ 也是哦。 針對Delta兩劑疫苗防有症狀感染的保護力，打完兩劑AZ後2~9週可以有76.2% (95%CI: 63.7 to 84.4%) 的保護力，但會逐步下降，在25週會掉到41.8% (95%CI: 39.4-44.1%)。打了BNT加強針後兩週可以回到 93.8% (95%CI: 93.2-94.3%) 。 打完兩劑BNT後2~9週可以有88.2% (95%CI: 86.7 to 89.5%) 的保護力，但會逐步下降，在25週會掉到63.5% (95%CI: 61.4 to 65.5%) 。打了BNT加強針後兩週可以回到92.6% (95%CI: 92.0-93.1%) 。 7.傳染力方面，有越來越多證據顯示Omicron相較於Delta有競爭優勢，家戶內傳染力，也就是一個人確診傳給家人的機率，Omicron比Delta高了3.2倍（95% CI 2.0-5.0）。與確診者密切接觸後的染疫機率 ，Omicron比Delta高了2.09倍(95% CI: 1.54-2.79)。8.以S-gene target failure (SGTF)來看，Omicron在英格蘭地區的成長速度遠快於Delta，大約每2.5~3天就會倍增，預估到12月中， 感染Omicron的病例可能就將占新增確診者的一半。因應此情況，英國首相強生於8日晚間宣布將啟動Plan B防疫計畫，措施包括擴大必須戴口罩場所之範圍，建議盡可能居家工作，以及要求夜店與擁擠室內空間等場所客人應出示疫苗接種證明等。 04b解讀： 1.做個簡單結論，Omicron似乎如科學家預期，的確有到目前為止對現有疫苗或是之前的自然感染最嚴重的免疫逃逸。雖然施打第三針兩週後可以對Omicron有70~75%的保護力，但老問題是，能持續多久？目前是沒答案的。 2.這是針對有症狀感染的保護力，而不是防重症。英國目前沒有一例Omicron演變為重症或死亡，因此目前沒辦法估算出疫苗對重症的保護力。但要下結論說Omicron幾乎不會重症或是較不容易重症，也還太早了。因為目前在英國年長者染疫的人數還很少，且染疫者病程還在走。發病到重症大概需要7~10天的時間。 3.如果接下來觀察Omicron如很多人的希望，還真的不太會重症，已經變成幾乎都是輕症的病毒的話，那可能是不需要為了他再繼續打疫苗下去。但如果後續發現他還是有一定重症的比例，那很可能現有疫苗是不夠好的，須要針對Omicron做一個次世代疫苗。而不管需不需要，各疫苗公司應該都已經啟動了，總要超前佈署。 4.另一個想法是，兩劑現有疫苗應該還是對Omicron重症有一定的保護力。所以是否不需要這樣一直追逐下去？這要看後續的資料出來了。 5.很多人在哀嘆，那我的兩劑AZ，兩劑BNT不是白打了？不會的，你要知道全世界現在流行的大魔王還是Delta，針對Delta來說，第二針有一定的效果，而第三針看起來是須要的。而Omicron第三針也多少有用，因此接下來各國應該是會加速施打第三針的政策。 6.再度強調，這是很初步的估計，目前Omicron的案例尚少，樣本數不夠多。相比於Delta，因為案例數超多，其保護力就比較確定。 7.不禁想感嘆一下，還是要靠英國，這真是好重要的資料！當時針對Alpha和Delta的疫苗有效性，也都是英國的完整資料庫最早估計出來的。如果沒有英國，我們不知道要多久才能等到這些資料… Omicron變種病毒懶人包 傳染力 重症 疫苗有效性 要打加強針嗎？ https://linshibi.com/?p=39815 Technical Briefing 31 – Omicron Variant (VOC-21NOV-01) https://assets.publishing.service.gov.uk/government/uploads/system/uploads/attachment_data/file/1040076/Technical_Briefing_31.pdf Updated Omicron Risk Assessment https://assets.publishing.service.gov.uk/government/uploads/system/uploads/attachment_data/file/1040064/9_December-2021-risk-assessment-for-SARS_Omicron_VOC-21NOV-01_B.1.1.529.pdf Effectiveness of COVID-19 vaccines against the Omicron (B.1.1.529) variant of concern https://khub.net/documents/135939561/430986542/Effective2021-12-1440 min
