Albany's $200M Downtown Revitalization Plan
Governor Kathy Hochuls $200 million plan to revitalize downtown Albany focuses on practical upgrades like revamping key intersections, creating a South End Gateway, and improving Townsend Park. The strategy aims to transform the city into a celebrated place with smaller, smart changes, including replacing the Greyhound station, building a marina, and transforming Central Avenue. The plan also emphasizes the need for more housing downtown and warns against bad policies that make projects unfeasible. The eight-acre parking lot district, or Liberty Park, gets up to $40 million for mid-sized buildings, housing, and a signature public space. Checkout https://solipillow.com/discount/dnn. Advertise...

Jurassic Park, Marvel characters, Freaky Friday -- that's all IP and it’s what Hollywood is leaning into for Summer 2025. But here’s the rub. If Hollywood is just recreating what it already owns...
