Traffic
มาได้จากหลายทาง อย่างแรกต้องรู้จักลูกค้าของเราก่อนว่าเขาเป็นใคร ต้องดูว่า เป็นชาย-หญิง อายุเท่าไหร่ ชอบอะไร ซึ่งต้องพยายามรู้ว่าลูกค้าของเราเป็นแบบไหนเพื่อจะได้เข้าถึงจุดมุ่งหมายของลูกค้าและตอบโจทย์ลูกค้าได้ดีที่สุด
Target
การ Target ลูกค้ามีได้หลายวิธี ยกตัวอย่างเช่น การทำโฆษณา เช่น Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Youtube Ads หรือ IG ซึ่งเราจะทำการโฆษณาโดยการให้ Influencer ช่วยในการโปรโมทให้ก็ได้ เพราะเรารู้ว่าลูกค้าของเราติดตามใคร หรือเราจะทำ SEO เพื่อให้ลูกค้าหาเราเจอได้ง่ายขึ้น ทั้งหมดคือ Traffic ที่มายัง Sales Page ของเรา
Sales Page
คือ หน้าเว็บที่รองรับ Traffic ที่เข้ามาซึ่ง Sales Page ก็จะมีคนแนะนำว่าควรมีอะไรบ้าง อย่างแรกคือ Hook คือสิ่งที่ทำให้ผู้คนที่เข้ามาสนใจเกี่ยวกับธุรกิจของเรา ต่อมาคือ Story คือการอธิบายเกี่ยวกับสินค้าหรือธุรกิจของเราว่าดียังไง บริการดียังไง และทำไมต้องซื้อของเรา และ Pitch คือลูกค้าให้รายละเอียดหรือซื้อสินค้ากับเรา หลังจากที่เราได้ข้อมูลของลูกค้าเรียบร้อยแล้วก็จะเข้ากระบวนการทำ E-mail Follow up
Follow up E-mail
หากเว็บไซส์ของเรามีสินค้าที่หลากหลาย เมื่อเราออกสินค้าใหม่และสอดคล้องกับสินค้าที่ลูกค้าสนใจเราก็จะส่ง E-mail ไปหาลูกค้า ซึ่งส่วนใหญ่ในประเทศไทยจะชอบใช้ Line หรือ แอด Line@ เราก็อาจจะใช้ตรงนี้ในการทำ Follow up กับลูกค้ากลุ่มเดิมได้ หากเราทำการ Retarget กับลูกค้ากลุ่มเดิมอาจทำให้ลูกค้าสนใจสินค้าของเราและทำให้ลูกค้ากลับมาซื้อสินค้ากับเราได้
