2024-05-1730 min般若菠萝蜜23｜亲密关系中的要义：只沟通，不期待！Lex Fridman 和斯坦福脑神经科学教授 Andrew Huberman 在2023年8月一期播客，亲密关系中的显性合同(overt contract)和隐性合同(covert contract)，我建议所有人都可以去听一听。显性合同是指双方分工合作，明确地按照预期合同分配利润。隐性合同是指双方同样分工合作，但是有一方或者是双方，在心里默默地对分配结果感到不满意，觉得自己付出的多，得到的少。当你觉察你身边有人在进行【隐性合同】时怎么办？就是，他们看起来在讨好你，在为你付出很多，但又不说自己要什么。可能你的身体讯号是一种莫名其妙的愧疚感，并有一种不得不为对方做些什么的责任感。这时候就需要坦诚沟通，勇敢去询问对方的需求，打破这种社交惯性，消除误会，不要等到对方的期待已经积累到一定程度再爆发出来。或者，直接拒绝，离开这段关系，不让自己被隐性合同束缚住，也是一种方式。如果有人还没准备好疗愈自己的伤口，而是用给予的方式在实际上索取（他们自己也不知道怎样才能被满足）的内心伤口，这些人的心智并没有成熟到可以建立关系。从隐性合同走到显性合同，其实是一场漫长的修行旅程。可能有些伴侣、有些家庭，一辈子都困在隐性合同、付出委屈和指责的循环里。它要求我们先看见自己，承认自己的需求，再到关系里去修炼“表达”这件事。需要坦诚、勇气和慈悲，但也会在这个路上更好地成为自己。爱因斯坦说：这个宇宙真正的不可思议之处在于：他居然是可以被理解的。但是这个理解是有边界的。已知的越多，未知的就更多。
