LöblováRhythm Revolt - Extended Practice SessionHere's a little (imperfect) extended practice session for the Rhythm Revolt. This is my first deep dive into breakbeat and breaks. These are genres I love to dance to, but have yet to pull a set together, until now! Ummmmmnnn.. now I'm hooked.
Last year, an event organizer asked me to play some dub and deep techno and I fell in love with the sounds. This time, the quest for some broken beats has sent me down another extremely pleasing sonic journey.

Working through my emotions starts with instrumental inspired electronica downtempo 102 bpm vibes and moves into "a take off into the night" midtempo 120 bpms vibes. After a week of rain, I was feeling a bit summer sassy and incorporated that feeling into the dance. Hopefully it has the right amount of sass and all the other feelings for you.
The ecstatic wave begins with a beautiful downtempo track, slowly moves into "the sass" and ends with cherished (by me) spiritual songs and stillness.

I made it up onto the stage scaffolding and team members started trying to get the generator working. I was living on infinite patience and low expectations and it worked for me.
