面對全球地緣政治變局及國際碳邊境調整機制(CBAM)的挑戰，環境部於今(27)日舉行「臺灣淨零轉型與碳定價治理：地緣政治衝擊下的政策新思維」論壇。論壇邀請政大國貿系施文真教授、英國倫敦政經學院(LSE)格蘭瑟姆氣候變遷與環境研究所特聘政策研究員Josh Burke、愛丁堡大學氣候變遷金融教授Luca Taschini，以及德國氣候智庫艾德菲 (adelphi) ETS量化分析專家Victor Alejandro Ortiz Rivera等國內外專家學者，聚焦我國碳定價發展脈絡、碳定價在全球淨零轉型中的關鍵角色、排放交易與氣候政策，以及最新CBAM制度進展。現場及線上與會人員近千人參與綜合座談，進行深入交流與討論。
