After leaving this trauma in the back of my mind for almost 20 years I am now learning that unresolved trauma can be the root cause of many issues I now experience as an adult. That heated conversation forced me to see myself in a very different and new perspective. What I discovered is that I’ve been lost and desperately needed to recalibrated and refocus. So I started seeing a therapist to dissect my thoughts and really dig deep to find answers. A year after starting therapy I’m now starting to open up and share honestly. #reaktalk
