阿薩姆的社會觀察 asam social observationEP90 伊斯蘭話語權爭奪戰！宗教司法案爭議本集是從最近輿論熱烈討論會否影響我國世俗國地位的宗教司法案爭議出發。雖然這個法案適用範圍只有聯邦直轄區，但我覺得最具爭議性的，就是Lawyers for Liberty提起的最具爭議性的「shall be binding」所有居住於當地穆斯林的字眼，其實會讓fatwa不再是勸告性質，而是所有穆斯林必須遵守的、類似法律的存在了。
雖然我當初看的時候，覺得類似國家安全或公共衛生危機如Covid-19的時候，州宗教司直接發fatwa告訴大家危急時刻在家祈禱也是可以的就可以有效避免群聚；但無可否認這也可能會被濫用（極端案例比如說，若他某天發fatwa說所有穆斯林都必須以伊斯蘭刑事法治理呢?)
朋友前陣子傳來The Diplomat的文章，我覺得他很詳細地講了這個法案裡面不同伊斯蘭派系的話語權爭奪戰，於是來跟大家詳細介紹這篇文章。不過，我自己是覺得這個法案若很有爭議，應該至少都會拖到國會最後兩週，或是下個會期了。
