第17集:「心理健康急救」(Mental Health First Aid, MHFA) 本集介紹台灣引進的「心理健康急救」(MHFA) 課程,分享其核心行動ALGEE。學習如何接觸、不帶批判地傾聽、給予支持,並鼓勵有需要者尋求專業協助,扮演陪伴與轉介的重要角。這一集邀請了符愛鈴 Eva教練,她對心理學、幸福學(積極心理學)和藝術相關領域(尤其舞蹈療癒)相當著迷並持續深入學習。也許自己是高敏人,對他人情緒很能共感,擅長從情緒找入口,進入對方的故事場景,一起陪伴尋找卡關點,並順勢找到心嚮往之處。 以下是聆聽重點 1️⃣ 台灣引進心理健康急救的背景與急迫性高盛行率與青少年危機 台灣每五人就有一人有心理狀況,近年青少年自殺率攀升,促使引進計畫。身心狀況的早期發病 許多身心狀況發病年齡極早,這凸顯了家庭早期覺察與介入的重要性。政府的系統性應對措施 除引進MHFA外,也將「社會情緒學習」(SEL) 納入課綱以應對此狀況。 2️⃣ 以處理校園霸凌為例的實際應用覺察異常並建立信任 母親察覺孩子身體異狀,帶他到放鬆的環境,建立安心談話的氛圍。提供支持與直接介入 母親到校直接面對霸凌者,雖不認同教官處理方式,但堅定地保護孩子。家庭支持的關鍵作用 母親全程支持、未責備其懦弱,這種陪伴對當事人恢復至關重要。 3️⃣ 心理健康急救的核心行動框架「ALGEE」A (傾) 與 L (聽) 接觸當事人、評估危機,並以不帶批判的態度傾聽對方感受。G (給) 支持與資訊 提供支持,讓對方不感孤單,並給予政府免費諮商等資訊帶來希望。兩個E (鼓勵) 的行動 鼓勵尋求專業協助(如心理師),也鼓勵尋求家人朋友等其他支持。 4️⃣. 急救員的角色定位與界線4.1 角色定位:支持與陪伴 急救員的角色不是治療或判斷,而是支持與陪伴,以穩定當事人的情況。4.2 轉介的關鍵性 任務是穩定情況直到專業人員接手,如同救護員將病患送至醫院一樣。4.3 避免因角色錯位而焦慮 認知到角色僅是支持與轉介,而非治療,可避免不必要的壓力與挫折。 5️⃣ 課程帶來的個人成長與收穫5.1 建立正確觀念以消除標籤 對憂鬱症等身心狀況有更正確的認識,破除過去的錯誤印象與標籤。5.2 增進自我理解與覺察 學員會對照自身經驗,反思自己的情緒與狀況,從而對自己有更深的理解。5.3 提升教練的專業判斷力 幫助教練更清晰地判斷客戶狀況,知道何時應將個案轉介給心理諮商師。 主持人:胡燕 Ann教練 https://reurl.cc/5DV2bM 來賓:符愛鈴 Eva教練 https://reurl.cc/LnzM64 ICF Taiwan https://icftaiwan.org/ 臺灣心理健康急救 https://www.mhfa.org.tw/ Powered by Firstory Hosting
