But, the system of "care" for the elderly does not work. It is not a wonderful system where the rights of the elderly are protected by "advocates". Far from it! It is a rotten system where complaining can only go so far--because at its core, the purpose of the system is to provide profits for parasites, wealthy individuals who have more money than they need, and can never have enough money.
