Peace between the United Airborne and the Rin Clan has unraveled as a surge of survivors exit the mysterious clouds of Caelum. Admiral Felicia Dawn struggles to provide supplies to the Southern Territories while she loses control of her vast forces. Lord Rin has vanished while his faction of ninjas roam the land dispensing justice as they see fit. Airships are being raided by harpies pouring out from the clouds below led by their unstoppable queen, a creature capable of invoking two elements.
