My New Mile Time #Journal
In this episode, I discuss the value of having the right people around you. It is difficult to train on your own but just being with 1 another person is a game changer. I was able to connect with someone through Instagram, who has the same passion and mindset of health. I reached out to @Thebennyfits to help me get my mile time down. As I was doing 2 miles a days in the month of May. My fastest mile was 7mins and 29 secs. Being at a track, properly warming up and having someone to pace changes everything.
