In this episode I discuss actions that cause anger, the hope is that you would be able to become more self aware. In order to refrain from anger a person should have HOPE, be HUMBLE, PAY it back, GIVE, walk in ALIGNMENT, get an UNDERSTANDING, be PATIENT, and get in GOOD company!
