HindirashifalCovid19 Education Status in India#covid19 #corona #covid2021 #india #helpindia #epidemic #pendamic #blackfungus #education #job #study #hindirashifalWebsite: Hindirashifal नमस्कार दोस्तों,आज हम लोग बात करेंगे कि कोविड 19 का असर भारत में हमारी शिक्षा व्यवस्था पर क्या पड़ा है। भारत में कोविड 19 की पहली लहर के आने पर मार्च में सबसे पहली गाज जिस क्षेत्र पर पड़ी थी वो थी हमारे देश की शिक्षा व्यवस्था वैसे तो पूरी दुनिया में इस बीमारी के कारण शिक्षा व्यवस्था पर बुरा असर हुआ है लेकिन भारत जैसे विकासशील देश जिसका जनसँख्या में दूसरा स्थान है बहुत ही बुरा प्रभाव पड़ा है, और अब जबकि हम दोबारा इस महामारी के अत्यंत भयावह रूप का सामना कर रहे है तो आप अंदाज़ा लगा सकते हो कि हमारी शिक्षा व्यवस्था का क्या हाल होने वाला है।यहाँ में आपके साथ अमर उजाला अख़बार में छपे एक लेख का उल्लेख करना चाहूंगी जिसके अनुसार भारत में कोरोना महामारी के कारण से साल 2019-2020 के शिक्षा सत्र के लिए स्नातक विद्यालयों में केवल 7.7 लाख बच्चों ने ही दाखिला लिया जोकि पिछले सालों के मुकाबले बहुत कम है। इनमे से भी बालिकाओं की संख्या तो नगण्य ही है। क्योंकि महामारी के कारण फैली आर्थिक कमज़ोरी और बेरोज़गारी ने लड़कियों से उनकी शिक्षा का अधिकार लगभग छीन ही लिया है। लॉक डाउन के भारतीय शिक्षा व्यवस्था पर दुष्प्रभाव -भारत में अचानक आयी कोरोना की लहर के कारण अभी तक हमारी शिक्षा व्यवस्था सम्भल भी नहीं पायी थी कि एक बार फिर से हम दूसरी लहर और लॉक डाउन का सामना कर रहे। इस चीज़ का सबसे ख़राब असर हमरी शिक्षा प्रणाली और उससे जुड़े लोगों पर हुआ है। पढ़ाई का नुकसान -यहाँ में आपको इस सन्दर्भ में इंडिया टुडे अख़बार का उल्लेख डोंगी जिसके अनुसार अभी तक भारत में लगभग 1.5 करोड़ छोटे बड़े स्कूल बंद हो चुके हैं और अभी इस संख्या में और इज़ाफ़ा होगा। वैसे ही भारत में शिक्षा व्यवस्था अत्यंत लचर हालत में थी उस पर इस महामारी ने इसकी हालत और भी ख़राब कर दी है। प्राइवेट स्कूलों में भी पढाई टूशन और महंगी फीस के सहारे थी। दूसरी तरफ हमारे गाँव और शहर के सरकारी स्कूल तो वैसे भी सिर्फ नाम के स्कूल हुआ करते थे। अब इस महामारी के कारण से जबकि पिछले एक साल से ऊपर समय से स्कूल बंद है तो आप अंदाज़ा लगा सकते हो की शिक्षा के स्तर का क्या हाल हुआ होगा। प्राइवेट और बड़े शहरी स्कूल में पढ़ाई का प्लेटफार्म डिजिटल ज़रूर हो गया है लेकिन हर जगह इंटरनेट की व्यवस्था न हो पाने और स्मार्ट फ़ोन की उपलब्धता न हो पाने की वजह से सभी बच्चे ऑनलाइन पढाई नहीं कर पा रहे है। सरकारी स्कूलों में तो यह व्यवस्था भी शुरू नहीं हो पाई है जिसके कारण इन स्कूलों के बच्चों की पढाई लगभग छूट चुकी है। अब जबकि भारत में कोरोना की तीसरी लहर को बच्चों के लिए घातक होने का अनुमान लगाया जा रहा है तो आप सोचिए कि क्या होगा। यहाँ में आपको इस सन्दर्भ में इंडिया टुडे अख़बार का उल्लेख डोंगी जिसके अनुसार अभी तक भारत में लगभग 1.5 करोड़ छोटे बड़े स्कूल बंद हो चुके हैं और अभी इस संख्या में और इज़ाफ़ा होगा। बेरोज़गारी - हमारी अर्थव्यवस्था का एक बहुत बड़ा हिस्सा भारतीय शिक्षा व्यवस्था से भी आता है लेकिन कोरोना की पहली लहर से लेकर अभी की दूसरी लहर तक सबसे आधी प्रभावित भी यही क्षेत्र हुआ है। पहले लॉक डाउन से अभी तक सभी काम धंधे अपनी पटरी पर वापस लौटने लगे थे लेकिन हमारे स्कूल अभी भी पूरे भारत में पूरी तरह खुल नहीं पाए थे। जिसके कारण बहुत बड़ा तबका जो शिक्षा क्षेत्र से अपनी आजीविका चलाता था वो बेरोज़गार हो गया। सभी छोटे स्कूल आज बंद हो चुके हैं और बड़े प्राइवेट स्कूल में भी वेतन आधा हो चुका है। Video Partner :YouTube : Covid19 Education Status in India Background Music : Michal Corbin
