录制过程中，让我们感到惊讶的是，云南作为咖啡产地曾经饱受诟病。云南咖啡曾经面临的批评有”青草味很重“，或是”木质味很重“。然而随着咖啡产业的成熟，咖啡在风味上出现的问题和变化也渐渐变得明晰，可以在具体的生产链条上找到原因。比如青草味是和咖啡豆的采摘有关，而木质味的产生可能是因为豆子的干燥过程过快…… 针对这些问题，云南咖啡在加工方式上不断做着对应的改进，整条产业链也在这种技术迭代的过程里越发成熟。

在与大鹏老师的聊天中，我们反复谈到咖啡品牌与咖农之间的关系。在展开这个问题的过程当中，我们对炬点咖啡实验室想要实现的目标有了更清楚的理解。与所谓的不断“寻找”更好的咖啡不同，炬点咖啡想要做的事情是和农户合作。即便有一天炬点的项目也可能会结束，但农户和咖啡之间的关系已经建立，咖啡生产的链条也已经成熟，咖啡种植还是可以成为农户可靠而稳定的生活来源。为了实现这一点，炬点咖啡在咖啡种植的过程里不断和农户沟通，让农户品尝自己种的咖啡，从而能够通过评估自己的咖啡进一步完善对咖啡作为一条产业链的认识。

我们也聊到了对云南这座城市的喜爱。或许云南咖啡最大的优势就在于云南。产地就在中国这一点，让云南咖啡的市场和产地更容易架设起连接：如果喝到喜欢的风味，甚至可以直接去产地看一看，还可以直接和农户交流。相比起肯尼亚、埃塞俄比亚等等产地，云南咖啡这种产地和市场的亲密性是独一无二的。去云南旅游的经验也都让我们感受到一种慢下来的生活节奏，让感官更容易对生活打开。

1854年，美国马修·佩里（Matthew Perry）总督率领的黑船队抵达日本，静冈县下田市因此成为日本最早对外开放的港口城市。同时，下田市自1934年起，每年都会举办“黑船祭”。去年的5月16日至18日，Mila也变相地参与到了祭典当中，负责“黑船祭”中日美亲善活动的一些随行翻译工作。作为小喽啰的Mila承担的翻译工作相对轻松，大部分时间都在借这个机会观察和理解下田市，尤其是观察黑船祭这个节日本身。可能在到达下田市之前，Mila自己也没有想到这次经历会成为一个不愿想起的记忆黑洞，甚至直到将近一年后才可以重新把整件事组织好，叙述出来，这期节目也是这么应运而生的。

对于女巫到底是什么，不同国家的童话故事似乎提供了不同的版本：她好像可以是丑陋的，凶恶的，吃小孩的；可以是法力无边的，神通广大的；也可以是充满魅惑，善于蛊惑人心的…… 而小说家杜布拉夫卡·乌格雷西奇则为“女巫”提供了她的版本和解释。
《芭芭雅嘎下了个蛋》是一本神奇的书。它好像是一本小说，一本童话，也可以是一本历史书，一本回忆录…… 乌格雷西奇的笔在不同的文体间穿行，又躲避着对自我的定义，穿梭进回忆的深林，带我们随着故事一起跳跃。
本期播客，我们邀请来了小说《芭芭雅嘎下了个蛋》的中文译者李云骞老师，来和我们一起谈一谈这本神奇的书和这位神奇的作家。谈一谈女巫，衰老，和神话。

泉IzumiVol. 14 京都丹後：围绕「纺织」展开的日本遗产 大家好，欢迎收听第十四期泉播客。这一期是一场对谈，由Mila来仔细讲讲她在三月初去京都丹後地区调研的经历。说是调研，但Mila此行更像是以学生的身份，去学习作为“日本遗产”的重要地域京都丹後地区，以及地区的名物：丹後ちりめん。
「ちりめん」写成汉字便是「縮緬」，是一种承载了当地文化与历史记忆的特殊织物。根据丹後地区的自我叙述，丹後作为绢织物的产地已经有1300年以上的历史，而「縮緬」发明至今也有三百年的历史。作为当地村民技术结晶的「縮緬」把丹後的村民们从低迷的经济中解救了出来，改善了人们的生活。如今「丹後ちりめん」已经成为“日本遗产”的一个重要项目，而Mila此行便是接受日本东急酒店对“日本遗产”项目的资助，在随行人的陪同下与当地负责人对接，学习「丹後ちりめん」的有关历史和技术。
