पाइल्स या बवासीर एक खास प्रकार की बीमारी होती है जिसमे मलद्वार (Anus) के आस पास जो रक्त वाहिकाएं (Blood Vessels) जब सूज जाती है , तब इसे पाइल्स कहते हैं।

फिशर एक खास प्रकार की मलद्वार (Anus) की बीमारी है जिसमे मलद्वार (Anus) के किसी भाग में यदि कट या दरार लग जाये तो उसे फिशर कहते हैं।
• ये कट या दरार सामान्यतः 6 'O ' Clock के पोजीशन पर लगता है।
• लेकिन ये कट या दरार गर्भवती महिलााओं को ये 12 'O ' Clock पोजीशन पर लगता है।

मल त्याग करते वक्त दर्द होना, जलन होना या कभी कभी रक्ततस्राव होना
