Following the results of our well-being survey, completed by over 1000 school leaders, the bespoke conference was tailored to the needs and requests expressed in the responses.
The day included workshops exploring strategies such as coaching and supervision, sessions with professionals in the field of psychology as well as presentations by Headteachers sharing their insight and practice.
