인도네시아는 현재 AIP 장치가 없는 잠수함 3척을 한국으로부터 도입을 했고, 나머지 3척은 한국과 계약을 했지만 진행을 하지 않고 있는 상태에서, AIP 탑재 잠수함 도입에 대한 외화차관 도입을 승인한 것입니다.
인도네시아 해군측은 국방부에 후속 잠수함 3척과 AIP 탑재 잠수함을 한국산으로 도입하는 것이 좋다는 의견서를 국방부에 제출을 했는데, 기존 도입한 잠수함의 성능이 우수하고, 잠수함의 정비와 성능유지 및 개량에 한국산을 도입해야만 모든 것에 유리하기 때문이라고 했었습니다.
인도네시아는 한국산 DSME 2000 잠수함에 관심을 표명하고 있는데, DSME 2000 잠수함은 독일 214급 잠수함의 모든 문제를 개량하고 덩치를 더 키운 잠수함으로 X형타와 한국산 리듐이온전지. 신형 전투체계, 신형 TASS와 수소자체 생산 시스템과 연료전지를 탑재한 AIP탑재로 타의 추종을 불허하는 세계 최고의 잠수함으로 알려져 있기 때문입니다.

[청척모] 청죽회를 척결하는 시민모임대우 3천톤급 잠수함 영연방 순방 중 캐나다로 진입DSME 3천톤급 잠수함은 수출형인데, 이 잠수함을 인도에 제의했다가 철수를 했고, 호주에 다시 제안을 했다가 호주의 원자력 잠수함 도입 결정으로 또 철수를 했었읍니다.
그런데, 이번에 캐나다 해군이 캐나다 정부에 신형 디젤 잠수함 12척을 구입해 달라는 요청을 했고, 실제로 캐나다 해군의 잠수함은 수명이 다해가는 노후 잠수함으로 신형 잠수함을 도입해야 하는 것은 맞습니다.
현재 서방 선진국에서 대형 잠수함을 직접 건조할 수 있는 나라는 한국 일본 프랑스 정도로 압축되는데, 캐나다 해군이 요구하는 최신 AIP 능력으로 일본 잠수함들은 배제가 될 것이며, 프랑스와 한국만이 남아 경쟁을 하게 되는데, 디젤 잠수함 건조 기술에서는 한국이 프랑스보다 기술적으로 가격적으로 우위를 점하고 있다는 게 중론입니다.
대우해양이 한화해양으로 전환되는 과정에서 캐나다 정부가 잠수함도입 결정을 내리게 된다면, DSME 3000 잠수함이 가장 유력한데, 수직발사관은 제외하지만 캐나다 해군이 요청을 한다면 장착도 가능해서 가장 유력한 후보가 될 것이라고 하며, 총 사업비가 59조에 달해 이 사업을 한화가 수주한다면 합병의 효과를 누리게 될 것입니다.

인도네시아는 카이와 교차 투자 약정을 맺었는데, 문재인 정부가 카이 사장을 횡령혐의로 구속을 하자 교차투자 약정 파트너가 없어진 상황에서 인도네시아 정부는 사태의 추이를 지켜보다가, 카이 사장이 법원에서 무죄로 풀려나오자 분노하기 시작했었습니다.
교차투자 약정서가 완벽하게 작성되지 않은 상태에서 KFX에 먼저 투자를 했던 인도네시아는 파트너가 없어진 상황에서 할 수 있는 일은 투자를 중단하는 길이었으며, 문재인 동생 친구가 사장으로 있는 대우해양 잠수함 도입을 중단하는 길을 선택했었습니다.

Ordered in 1977, Nanggala was launched in 1980 and commissioned in 1981. It conducted intelligence gathering operations in the Indian Ocean and around East Timor and North Kalimantan. It was a participant of the international Cooperation Afloat Readiness and Training naval exercise and conducted a passing exercise with USS Oklahoma City. Managed Care CastReferrals to Diabetes Self-management Education Lagging Among Patients in NeedDiabetes care guidelines identify critical points in patients’ care when providers should refer them to diabetes self-management education, or DSME. However, it’s not known whether these clinical indicators of need actually increase the likelihood of receiving a referral.
