I ( Nolan ) recently took a major leap in bettering my mental health. After ten years suffering silently from depressive thoughts, I finally gathered the courage to speak up and get help. I got diagnosed with severe clinical depression, have been prescribed meds, and advised to seek counseling to help move forward.
