引き続き、新井氏に『P2C(PtoC)』についてお伺いしました！
▽物販でP2Cの考えを活かしてマネタイズしていく方法は？
どちらの本にもサブスクとタイトルに入っていますが、基本的には日用品や消耗品をやりましょうという話です。例えば香水、シャンプー、サプリもそうですが使うと無くなるものです。リピート性のあるものをやることで商品の商材を沢山用意しなくてもいいというのがサブスクを組み合わせる強みです。
現在のSNSの何が素晴らしいかというと、直接D2Cに関わってきますが、お客様と一緒に開発しながら、開発秘話ごと商品にしていくことが出来たり、サービスにしていくことが出来るのが強みです。
例えば動画で、「メーカーさんからおすすめいただいたけれど、これについてどう思いますか？」「どういったパッケージがいいですか？」と聞いて、ファンと一緒に作り上げていき、それを見たファンは必ず買いますし、動画の中でコメントをいただいたり、LINEを登録していただいてLINEから直接お客様からアイデアを貰うことが出来ます。そして、そのアイデアを採用して「〇〇さんありがとうございます」とLIVEで言ったり、動画で「こういう意見をいただいた」と読んだりすると、自分のものを読まれたということで、ずっと自分のチャンネルを見てくれたりします。
さらに、YouTuberには親近感があります。芸能人が言っていると確実に案件だと分かりますが、素人のママさんやパパさんがやってやっていると、親近感があり入り込みやすいです。化粧品を一緒に作っていくような形になると、参加型になるのが非常に双方にとって良いと思います。
▽他に大事なことはありますか？
オリジナル商品を作るときに、検索でどこも出してないような商品名にするということです。例えばショート動画の中でキーワードでその商品名を言うと、みんな音から検索をしますので、それを最初に言った時に類似がないような商品名にして、商標を先に取っておきます。ちゃんと商標をとっておけば、他社が広告を出せなくなりますし、価格競争にも巻き込まれません。商標を取るのは皆さんあまりしませんが、検索のワードを全部たたいて出てこないものを我々はあえて作っています。
また、ショート動画の方が回数が回るので、言葉で商品名を伝えて、商品を買ってくれた方の質問に答えるのも良いですね。そうすると何の商品なんだろうと皆さん興味を持つので、まずは知ってもらう入り口になりやすいと思います。
そして、P2C(PtoC)の場合は特典を付けることが出来るので、例えばダイエットを教えている方が普段YouTubeで発信していないような専門的な動画を用意することも良いと思います。某アイドルグループは握手券が欲しくて皆さん買っていると思うので、会う付加価値的なところでいうと、付加価値の部分で価格競争に巻き込まれないですし、リストも取れますし、ステップメールで動画をプレゼントしてもいいですし、仕組化して自分が働くのではなくシステムに稼いでもらうというのが一番理想的だと思います。
▽御社にできることは？
YouTubeやインスタ、TikTokもそうですが、チャンネル者数が何万人もいる人が友達でいる、という方が結構いらっしゃいます。ただマネタイズが出来ていない方がほとんどで、99％の方がやり方がわからない、リスクも取れない、商品を作るにもやり方がわからないと止まってしまいます。弊社は一歩踏み出せない方をサポートしており、商品の企画、ホームページ、販売、アフターまで全部リスクを取りますということをしています。一緒に協力して売上を伸ばしていきましょうという時代が今来ています。
D2CとP2C(PtoC)は基本的には個人か企業が発信しているか、広告に依存しているかしていないか大きな違いがあります。P2C(PtoC)は広告費がかからない分お支払いもできますので、一緒に考えていきたいです。

▽P2C(PtoC)とは？
P2C(PtoC)のPはPersonです。個人から法人、もしくは直接お客様にという形ですね。今SNSが主流になっており、発信力のある個人が物やサービスで売上を作ることが出来る時代になっています。例えばYouTubeやインスタ、TikTokなど、そういった形で発信力があってファンが既についていて、ファンビジネスという形で売上を作るようなビジネスモデルが多いです。発信力というのはSNSのフォロワー数がかなり多くないといけないと思われますが、数が少なくてもビジネスが成功している事例があります。
▽動画で簡単にフォロワーが増えますか？
YouTuberさんで、何の専門の人なのか、何の人なのかというのが分かるようなチャンネルだと、ビジネスになりやすいと思います。YouTubeだと見ている年齢層・時間、どういった動画がハマりやすいか、今動画のどの部分を見られているのか分かる時代になっているので、分かった状態で何か発信したり、こういう層にはこういったサービスが合いそうだというところから入っていく方が儲かると思います。今はこのYouTubeなどを含めて辞めてしまう方が非常に多いです。昔YouTubeは再生回数で広告をGoogleからいただくモデルがあったのですが、今は広告の単価が大体10分の1くらいになっています。実際に弊社にもYouTuberの方が相談に来られるのですが、全然稼げていません。YouTuberさんはクリエイティブの方はすごいのですが、マーケティングは全然できておらず、データを見てもどこをどうやって変えていったらいいのか、どういったサービスが求められているのか、対策をされていない方が非常に多いです。
▽サブスクはストックビジネスですよね？
サブスクは非常にビジネスモデルとしては素晴らしいです。例えばファンの方にコミュニティーを作って、数百円でオンラインサロンに入ってもらい、そこで限定の配信をしたり、YouTube以外の配信をしたりしてコミュニケーションをとることが出来ます。50円でも100円でもお金を払ってくれる、1度このステップを登ってもらえれば、その後はいくらでもマネタイズしたり出来るということです。
▽オンラインサロンはストックビジネスになりますか？
弊社は動画見放題のサービスを法人向けに提供していますが、そこではストックで何社か毎月見てくれています。これは意外な視点だと思いますが、同業者の人が見ることは結構あります。皆さん同業者向けのコンテンツを出したがらないのですが、同業者の悩みは同業者が一番分かっていますので、そういう形のコミュニティーがあればいいと思います。あとは、これからビジネスを始めたい方へ、どれくらい利益が出て、どれくらいの利益率で、実際どれくらいの原価がかかって、ということを分からない状態で入るのがどのビジネスも一番危険です。弊社もオンラインコミュニティーをやっていますが、自分でやり始めてから相談に来られるとすでに遅く、これは売れないですよで終わってしまうので、それよりも前にリサーチが上手く出来てないと本当にもったいないなと思います。
▽物販をやっている方はオンラインサロン以外に他のやり方もありますか？
法人向け、個人向けにサービスを提供する、悩みを解決してあげるというのが一番ビジネスになりやすいです。あとは、価格を明瞭化するというのが非常に大事だと思います。心の中でこの悩みなら100万円まで出していいとか皆さんの中にあり、それが自分の中の金額よりも下であればサービスに申込むと思います。
▽インフルエンサーとは違いますか？
案件を受けても、自分のところの商品ではないので、そのサービスがいつ終わるのか、いくら貰えるのか、問い合わせが何件か不明瞭ではあります。例えば動画をやっていくには固定費がいくらかかるのか明確にする、それで賄えればずっと動画の撮影ができますので、そういった形で徐々に増やしていくのが一番大きなポイントだと思います。顔を出さない方が非常に多く、再生数が少なくてもどういう人がやっていて、どういう思いでやっていて、どういう内容でどれくらいの価格帯のものをやっているのか、というのが分かるだけでかなり違ってくると思います。今、物とサービスも世の中に溢れているので選ばれないといけない時代になっています。
