今回は少し下世話な話ですが、こういったリアルなお金の話をすることで、より職業に興味を持ってもらえるのではと思いました。
技術云々の話も大切ですが、やはり仕事なのでお金も大事です。私もデザイナーになると決める時にしっかりそこは着目しました。いくら好きなことでも仕事にするとなると、お金にならないと続けられませんので。
ぶっちゃけ体感より年収は低く感じましたがあくまで平均ですので、これから自分のスキルをたくさん磨いて「Marinaさんへお願いしたい」と言って仕事を依頼してもらえるよう、そしてその価値に見合ったお金がいただけるよう頑張ります！！

でもでもインテリアのデザイン、ムズカシイ。こだわりが強すぎるとお値段がぐんと上がるし、妥協するとなんだか機能性がイマイチ…なんてことありますよね。今のところはみんなで案を出し合ってるおかげかすごく過ごしやすいオフィスになっています。飲み物めちゃ充実。

「私たちは人間になろうとしている」#19 おたより紹介の回！！気が付かなくてごめんなさい。深掘りの仕方について。お便りいただけるとか、嬉しすぎて嬉しい以外の感情を失念する。ありがとうございました！深掘りする方法。
まず、メモをとりましょう。忘れる予防と、自分を客観視するために。
そして、
①なぜなぜな〜ぜを繰り返す。
②感情が出てきたら、それもメモにぶちまけるんだ。
③気がついたことがあったらメモをしつつ、自分のニーズに気が付けたらそれを叶える為に
・自分が何をすればいいのか
・助けてくれる人や物を探す
※上記半分づつ考える。（過剰に主体的にならない。過剰に依存的にならない。）
上記を、短期間のPJTにして（２週間とか1ヶ月）、途中忘れてもいいので続ける。
そしてその期間が終わったら振り返る。
PJTにするのは、イベント化して楽しむ工夫。
気を付けるポイント
・自分の感情を否定しない。感情には良いも悪いもない。
・感情が出ない人は、感情が出てきたら興味深く観察しよう。
・メモは自分の思ったことを書く。
・描き終えたら、そのメモを見直す。それにより客観視、メタ認知できる。気づきを促す効果がある。
・本当の自分はお釈迦でない限り自分では見つからない。そんなもんはないと思っておく。クオリティは入り口は気にしない。
・自分の体感を信じる。体感にズレるものを無理してしない。
・自分の為に環境を選択する。
・人間は環境に影響されるものです。なので、自分を置く場所も大事です。番組のハッシュタグは#にんかむをつけて投稿してくれたら嬉しいです！
