ラーメン東大の大道本店に来たかったんですね。
美味かったですね、感動でしたね。
ってことですが、少々説明など。
ラーメン東大は1999年に四国は徳島県の徳島市で創業だそうで。
なんと徳島ラーメンってのを初めて食べるに至ったわけですが、そのラーメンたるものの位置づけがちょっと思ってたのと違う。
要はラーメンが「おかず」として君臨してるんじゃないか？と思えたんですよ。
徳島ラーメンにも大きく三種類、茶系・黄系・白系と分かれるそうですが、この東大は茶系ですね。
豚骨ベースに、関西の薄口醤油ではなく「濃口醤油」を加えて甘辛くした味なのです。
そしてそこに、日本の食文化のキングと私が勝手に信じて止まない「生卵」を投入して食べてね♥ってもんですからウレシイ。
別に御椀をもらって生卵を溶き、具に入っている「豚スラ」を浸けて食べれば、これやっぱすき焼き？ってイメージなんですよねー。
この豚スラってのは、甘からく炊き込んだ豚バラ肉のスライスです。
牛じゃないのになんかすき焼きの牛のような食感の豚がラーメンの具の一つなのです。
まぁ以上私が感じた感動ポイントよりも、公式webを見てもらったほうが早いかと思いますネ。

そういう位置づけなもので、ビールやチューハイにも合うラーメンというユニークな存在で、もちろんお店でも提供されています。（もちろん頼みました。はい。）
ちなみにラーメンを注文すると、ニンニク入れるかどうかを訊かれます。もちろんYes!
そして白ご飯要りますか？となり、テーブルに置かれたカゴに山盛りになってる生卵は、麺にもご飯にも投入できます。ご飯も生卵もおかわり自由って、今日日バグってませんか？素晴らしい！
