《簡介圖片溝通交換系統PECS》
主講者:兒童發展中心 鄭郡佩臨床心理師
許多臨床族群存在溝通表達困難，如：自閉症類群障礙症、語言發展障礙、腦中風患者等。實務工作者(例：臨床心理師、語言治療師、學校教師等)則會藉由誘導方式，企圖開展他們的基礎或進階語言技能，期許他們使用契合社會期待的方式進行社交溝通。然而，部分溝通表達障礙者還是難達到這樣的期待，且可能衍生負向情緒或行為問題，進一步影響溝通表達障礙者的社交互動及社會適應表現，這是實務工作者不樂見的。因此，實務工作者就要改用替代的溝通型式，如：手語、圖片溝通交換系統(Picture Exchange Communication System, 以下以PECS簡稱)，讓這些溝通表達障礙者的內在需求或想法被聽懂及得到回應。 這集所談的內容涵蓋:1.PECS適用族群。國內常見的替代性溝通系統及其使用上的優勢與限制:手語 vs. PECS。3.PECS教學概念。4.PECS教學流程，含六大階段。5.解答溝通表達障礙族群使用PECS時，家長常見的擔憂。
