今夜，遇見小王子EP222今夜，遇見小王子：植物：一種我們還在認識的生命樣態植物第一次回鄉下，覺得表哥表姊都是黑人，躲在爸爸的身後，看著他們在三合院的院子裡玩遊戲，我不敢前去一起遊玩… 你會玩泥吧嗎？你會讓你的孩子玩土嗎？現代父母更不願意讓孩子與土地親近，甚至把泥土視為傳染病源的東西。可是以前的孩子都在田間嬉戲、玩泥巴，好像沒有像現在，那麼多小孩會有過敏和氣喘等自體免疫的症狀， 然而，最新科學研究，常和土壤益菌接觸，會讓我們的免疫系統更為強化而聰明，因為土壤裡存有不少有機益菌。英國研究發現，土壤中含有的菌類，可活化腦細胞，改善情緒問題。英國一項肺癌療法研究，發現土壤裡常見的「牝牛分枝桿菌」 具有解決多重抗藥性肺結核的功效，還能提升免疫能力；腫瘤學家歐布萊恩（Mary O’Brien）原本希望藉此研究出延長肺癌病患的新療法，卻意外發現牝牛分枝桿菌的另一個功效：改善病患的壞心情，可活化腦細胞，紓解情緒與憂鬱。 植物：一種我們還在認識的生命樣態 1973出版的《植物的秘密生命》，這本寫於四十多年前的書（台灣1999年出版），作者彼德（Peter Tompkins）與克里斯多弗（Christopher Bird），他們是任職於中情局，也就是軍方的科學家，用測謊儀證明植物是有情緒的生命。 一九六六年，在紐約有一位美國首屈一指的測謊器檢驗者克里斯多弗，將一架測謊器的電極接到他辦公室中一株龍血樹的葉子上。克里斯多弗突發奇想，要測試葉片會不會因為根部澆了水而受影響，龍血樹吸收水分的時候，電流計應該因溼度漸增而顯示導電係數增加。 令人驚訝的是，座標紙上的筆竟然畫出了一大堆鋸齒狀的運動紀錄，他的龍血樹做出的反應與人類感受短促情緒刺激的反應十分相似。難道，這植物是在表露情緒嗎？他開始大力投入研究證明植物確有知覺和感覺，他甚至實驗出，一株橡樹會在持斧來砍它的人逼近時顫動，胡蘿蔔看見兔子時會發抖！ 後來，經過多位科學家的驚人發現，植物的存在的確有一些令人匪夷所思的現象：它能夠和悉心照顧他的人靈犀相通，不管離得多遠；它會記得曾經摧折它同類的人，而且顯示它的恐懼。難道這是在說，植物也有智慧，而且它們會思考？ （第三章：再開一扇門世間）有許多現象是不能用現今的物理學原理解釋的，物理學界定的三度空間世界以 外還有另一個世界。眼前的這個三度空間世界，不過是四度空間的非物質世界的影子。索凡對植物情緒起伏的實驗… .120公里外與女友至湖邊度假小屋繾綣時，家中植物在擴音振盪器上反映了他的性高潮快感。 當然，也測試星辰運轉與植物的關聯也都出現正向的數據，這不禁讓我想到史丹娜的BD農法，強調植物與星辰之間的關係是非常緊密的，包括堆肥的時辰，要在流水與月圓等條件下進行。 （物理學上的量子糾纏理論大約同時間） 植物的生命樣態，我們真的是還在認識中… 吃素的考古題：植物也是生命啊？植物也會痛啊？難道吃素就不是殺生嗎？當被問及這些問題時，素食者們是不是常常無言以對？ 如果按照植物的秘密一書的內容，植物確實會有一些反應，比如在捻碎植物的葉子時它們會有所反應，植物受損的部位會向全身發出訊號。很多情況下，像是昆蟲啃葉、牛羊吃草，確實會觸發植物的反應，例如出現一些看似在自我保護的動作。有些植物會製造某種讓動物覺得葉子難吃的物質。所以植物會不會有痛覺就變的關鍵 英國曼徹斯特大學生命科學系的植物學教授：痛覺是一種由大腦製造出來的東西，植物沒有大腦和中樞神經系統，它們沒有任何像大腦般能夠處理痛覺的部位，所以植物是沒有痛覺的。但這也是用人類本位在思考與理解的科學推論啊！ 吃素為了不殺生，嚴格來說如果以目前對生命的定義，這世上沒有人辦的到，因為喝水呼吸空氣都可能會殺生，身體免疫系統殺害細菌也是殺生，但對我來說吃素比較像是為了長養慈悲心，怎麼說呢？我不希望因為我自己的口腹之慾，使得其他生命痛苦。這就像是我們經常說的：「不要把自己的快樂建築在別人的痛苦上」或是「己所不欲，勿施於人」的意思，我認為關於這個問題的爭辯其實是無意義的，因為很少有人因為各種證據而做出行為的改變。 關於吃不吃素這件事，不該被拿來對一個人評價，那就是一種選擇，以及反映出對自身生命的理解。這時候很適合用我的薩滿母親經常說的那一句話：「順著你的心，你會做出最適合的行動。」 陸續有新的研究發現發表在國際的著名學刊，如《植物學》、《生態學》、《公共科學文庫》等。今年二月份的《當代生物學》刊登了德國科學家珍妮佛（Jennifer ）有關捕蠅草的研究。 捕蠅草的獵物夾會釋放果香，一旦有蟲子誤撞進入，而觸動機關（葉毛），葉子便會送出電流（生物電流），並等待葉毛被觸動的第二次通知，確定是蟲子後，獵物夾便以迅雷不及掩耳的速度（不到一秒鐘）闔上，並根據獵物掙扎的力道或觸動葉毛的數次，來釋放適量的消化液。 博姆說，捕蠅草第一次被蟲子觸動後，不但要記住時間，且要開始計秒。等到第二次葉毛又被觸動，間隔若在十五到二十秒之間，它便闔上獵物夾。兩次間隔若超過二十秒，植物可能會斷定蟲子掙脫了，目前的捕獵夾是空的，而且第一次的記憶也被自動消除，等待下一次機會來臨時，可以重新計算。不然，我們可能會看到餓肚子致死的捕蠅草。 此外，消化液的分泌量要精算，以節省昂貴的製造成本。捕蠅草有記憶力、能計時、能計數，更能控制「胃」裡的消化液分泌量。 2015年《樹的祕密生命》，德國的彼得‧渥雷本（Peter Wohlleben）撰寫，從小就對大自然心生嚮往，六歲便立志成為大自然的守護者，大學是唸應用科技大學的「林業經濟系」。畢業之後在森林管理局當了二十年的公務員，在他夢想中的原始森林區工作，然而他卻在二○○六年辭去終身公務員的穩定工作，因為與當時的政府掠奪森林的經濟政策不合，後來他去擔任胡默爾小鎮的約聘人員──當一名森林看守人。他協助當地居民向聯邦政府陳情，十五年後終於成功將此區劃為原始森林保護區，用馬匹取代機器、用山毛櫸樹取代景觀樹木、完全摒棄化學藥劑、禁止所有的砍伐，並將此區轉化為樹葬森林，保障其在接下來的一百年裡不會再受到任何侵擾。相關著作:《動物的內心生活》《歡迎光臨森林祕境》《自然的奇妙網路》 《樹的祕密生命》書中，認為我們目前對植物與動物的分類依據究證明，森林母樹厚重的樹冠層，會用控管光線的方式「調教」小樹，得不著充足光線的小樹雖然長得慢，卻能因此長出質地堅硬厚實的細胞，面對外來摧折更具抵抗力。（我在栽種植物時，發現後來長的都會比原本的葉子，來的大長的好的特性。） 書中也提到金合歡樹與長頸鹿的日常。長頸鹿喜愛吃金合歡樹，但這種樹的樹葉間長滿了刺，但聽眾朋友有看過長頸鹿的舌頭嗎？他長達50cm的舌頭就是剛好可以巧妙的避開尖刺，大快朵頤一番。但長頸鹿啃咬樹葉時，金合歡樹便會在10分鐘內，瞬間增加葉子中有毒的單寧酸濃度，試圖讓長頸鹿在還沒啃光他的樹葉，就知難而退。 一但長頸鹿察覺到不好吃，轉而去吃附近的別棵金合歡樹時，此時原本那一顆金合歡樹，便會釋放出乙烯，透過風通知鄰近地區其它的金合歡樹，刺激它們同樣要分泌更多丹寧酸，避免被啃咬。而這時如果長頸鹿夠幸運，剛好是逆著風轉向前去吃金合歡樹，那這些被吃得金合歡就是沒接收到信號的那一群。 《樹的祕密生命》這本書，是終日徜徉在綠色世界的渥雷本，用優美恬靜的筆觸與自身的實際經驗，描繪出三十六篇森林裡不可思議的精采故事，細細詮釋樹木生命的華麗與蒼涼，夏浴日光、冬飲霜雪，字裡行間洋溢著發自樹木靈魂深處的寧靜與睿智。若你曾經陶醉於華茲華斯的浪漫詩作，怎能不因此重新愛上樹木，若你不曾真正地邂逅一顆樹，就更不能錯過這一場如詩如歌的森林饗宴。 預備：你知道樹也怕嫁錯郎嗎？甜櫻桃會阻止同一朵花上的雄花粉和雌蕊相戀，只有陌生的雄花粉才能一探香閨，愛情也才能開花結果。一個是探討雌花有無選擇雄花的自主權：是要生下自己選定配偶的下一代？還是順應天意任由送上的來歷不明的流浪花粉，來完成終身大事？黛安．馬歇爾（Diane Marshall）研究開花植物的選擇配偶可能性。她研究的對象是靠蟲子（如蜜蜂、食蚜蠅）傳粉的野蘿葡（Raphanus sativas）。她取下數株雄花的花粉，均勻混合後塗在不同的柱頭上，靜待授粉，然後分析所結種子的特性與父系。她證明植物也具有如動物般的擇偶力。 小王子說：如果有人鍾愛著一朵獨一無二的、盛開在浩瀚星海里的花。那麼，當他抬頭仰望繁星時，便會心滿意足。他會告訴自己：「我心愛的花在那裡，在那顆遙遠的星星上。」 Powered by Firstory Hosting
